 1) SECTION 94-213(D)(5)C OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRES THAT RENOVATIONS TO
 EXISTING BUILDINGS THAT HAVE CLEAR GLAZED AREAS LESS
 THAN 50 PERCENT OF ITS FACADE, BETWEEN TWO AND EIGHT
 FEET FROM THE GROUND, MUST PROVIDE AT LEAST 50 PERCENT
 CLEAR GLAZED OF ITS FACADE, BETWEEN TWO AND EIGHT FEET
 FROM THE GROUND. PLEASE PROVIDE AN ELEVATION OF THE
 FRONT FACADE THAT SHOWS COMPLIANCE WITH THE MINIMUM
 GLAZING REQUIREMENT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRIOR
 VARIANCE ALLOWING 49 PERCENT GLAZING (149 SQ. FT.)
 EXPIRED ON MAY 1, 2009.
  
 2) SECTION 94-213(G)(1) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRES THAT OFF-STREET
 PARKING LOTS CONFORM TO THE CITY'S LANDSCAPE CODE.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE CODE FOR THE PARKING LOT BEHIND THE BUILDING.
  
 3) SECTION 94-213(A)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRES THAT STORIES AT THE
 SIDEWALK LEVEL SHALL BE NO LESS THAN 12 FEET IN HEIGHT
 FROM FINISHED FLOOR TO FINISHED CEILING. IF THE
 EXISTING FLOOR TO CEILING HEIGHT IS CURRENTLY LESS THAN
 12 FEET, THEN IT MAY NOT BE REDUCED BELOW THE EXISTING
 HEIGHT. PLEASE PROVIDE PRE- AND POST- FLOOR TO CEILING
 HEIGHT MEASUREMENTS. THE PLANS SHOW THAT A NEW SLAB IS
 BEING POURED ON TOP OF THE EXISTING FLOOR AND THAT
 THERE IS WORK BEING DONE TO THE CEILING.
  
 4) SECTION 94-213(D)(15) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRES THAT MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SCREENED FROM VIEW BY LANDSCAPING OR
 BUILT ELEMENTS DESIGNED AS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE
 BUILDING ARCHITECTURE. THE PLANS SHOW SPECIFICATIONS
 FOR AN ACCU STAND AND A LABEL FOR A 5 TON ACCU ON THE
 ROOF. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE FULL HEIGHT OF THE
 ACCU, INCLUDING STAND, AND HOW THIS WILL BE SCREENED
 FROM VIEW.
