| DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRES THAT STORIES AT THE |
| SIDEWALK LEVEL SHALL BE NO LESS THAN 12 FEET IN HEIGHT |
| FROM FINISHED FLOOR TO FINISHED CEILING. IF THE |
| EXISTING FLOOR TO CEILING HEIGHT IS CURRENTLY LESS THAN |
| 12 FEET, THEN IT MAY NOT BE REDUCED BELOW THE EXISTING |
| HEIGHT. PLEASE PROVIDE PRE- AND POST- FLOOR TO CEILING |
| HEIGHT MEASUREMENTS. THE PLANS SHOW THAT A NEW SLAB IS |

| FOR AN ACCU STAND AND A LABEL FOR A 5 TON ACCU ON THE |
| ROOF. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE FULL HEIGHT OF THE |
| ACCU, INCLUDING STAND, AND HOW THIS WILL BE SCREENED |
| FROM VIEW. |
