 ** SOME NOTES FROM PREVIOUS REVIEW ARE STILL IN NEED OF
 ADDRESSING.
 ** THERE ARE ALSO SOME NEW NOTES BASED ON PLANS
 SUBMITTED.
  
 1) NOTE: NO FIRE ALARM PLANS FOR BASE DESIGN INTENT AS
 REQUIRED PER FBC CHAPTER 9 AND FS 633 SUBMITTED.
 RESPONSE MENTIONS THAT THESE WILL BE SUBMITTED BEFORE
 PERMIT ISSUANCE. HOWEVER AS STATED ON PREVIOUS REVIEW,
 THE BASE BUILDING PLANS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW BASE
 DESIGN INTENT REQUIRED BY THE ABOVE CODES AND OTHER
 APPLICABLE CODES SUCH AS NFPA-72.
 IF PLANS ARE NOT SUBMITTED TO COORDINATE REVIEW WITH
 THE SUBMITTED PLANS THERE COULD ALSO BE COMMENTS WHICH
 CAN NOT BE MADE AT THIS TIME.
 ** AS NOTED ON PREVIOUS REVIEW PLEASE BE SURE TO SEE
 FBC 11-4.28.1,.2 AND .3 FOR ALL MINIMUMS REQUIRED FOR
 ADA COMPLIANCE.
  
 2) NOTE: PREVIOUS NOTE #26. PLEASE SEE FS 655.962 FOR
 REQUIRED LIGHTING FOR ATM AREAS. BASED ON S-LTG SHEET
 AND OTHER PHOTO-METRICS PER FAE, THE MINIMUM LEVELS
 REQUIRED BY STATUE ARE NOT MET. SEE SECTION OF THE
 STATUE WHICH IS NOT ONLY THE LIGHTING LEVELS WITHIN
 10FT.
  
 3) NOTE: PLANS STILL INDICATE A CROSS OF WORK OVER
 PROPERTY LINES. THE REVISED PLANS HAVE REMOVED THE
 PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN BANK AND EAST PARKING LOT.
 RESPONSE FROM DESIGN TEAM STATED ONLY THE PHOTO-METRICS
 CROSSED PROPERTY LINES. HOWEVER BASED ON PREVIOUS
 SUBMITTED PLANS THERE WAS AN ADDITIONAL PROPERTY LINE
 SHOWN ON THE EAST SIDE OF BANK BETWEEN PARKING LOT AND
 BANK. SEE PREVIOUS PLANS.
 SEE COMMENTS FROM OTHER TRADES WHICH MAY AFFECT REVIEW
 AND SCOPE OF WORK.
  
 4) NOTE: ** NEW COMMENT**: THE DOOR SWING ON THE LOWER
 ELECTRICAL ROOM BETWEEN EXECUTIVE OFFICE #10 AND
 CONFERENCE ROOM #1 IS SHOWN SWINGING IN.
 THIS IS A LIFE SAFETY HAZARD. AN OCCUPANT/ELECTRICAL
 WORKING ON ONE OF THE ELECTRICAL PANELS COULD BE PUSHED
 INTO A LIVE ELECTRICAL PANEL BY THE DOOR. PLEASE SWING
 DOOR OUT.

 ALLOWANCES. EVEN AS THERE MAY BE TWO ZONES, THERE ARE
 MORE THAN TWO SPACE TYPES. ALL SPACES IN BUILDING ARE
 NOTED AS BANKING. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE WHEN THERE ARE
 OTHER SPACES? PLEASE EXPLAIN.
  
 6) NOTE: PLEASE SEE PREVIOUS NOTE #12. IT IS TO BE
 NOTED THAT PLANS DO NOT MEET ASME-17 AS PREVIOUSLY
 GIVEN PER FBC AND NEC REFERENCE TO STATE ELEVATOR CODE
 REQUIREMENTS.
 RESPONSE WAS TO SEE ADDITIONAL LIGHT FIXTURE ADDED ON
 E3.03 HOWEVER THIS IS NOT THE ONLY REQUIRED ITEM PER
 ASME.

 COVER BY THE CODE ARE NOT MEETING MINIMUMS.
  
 7) NOTE: ** NEW COMMENT? PANEL SCHEDULES DO INDICATE
 THE REQUIRED DEDICATED RECEPTACLE AND LIGHTING CIRCUITS
 PER NEC 620.22,23,24 ETC AND E3.03 DOES SHOW PIT DETAIL
 HOWEVER NO ELECTRICAL COULD BE LOCATED ON PLANS FOR
 GROUPING OF THE DISCONNECTING MEANS FOR THE REQUIRED
 DEDICATED CIRCUITS 620.53,620.54,620.51 FOR REQUIRED
 DISCONNECTS TO BE LOCATED IN ELEVATOR MACHINE/EQUIPMENT
 ROOM.
 PLEASE PROVIDE AN ENLARGED DETAIL OF BOTH THE ELEVATOR
 EQUIPMENT ROOM.
 **KEEP IN MIND AS A REFERENCED STANDARD AND CODE, NOTE
 #6 ABOVE NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.
  
 8) NOTE: PLEASE SEE PREVIOUS NOTE #18 WITH RESPECT TO
 THE GENERATOR WHICH IS BEING PROPOSED TO BE LOCATED ON
 THE ROOF. THE RESPONSE MENTIONS THE ATS IS SERVICE
 ENTRANCE RATED THEREFORE BASICALLY IF THE ATS MAIN IS
 TURNED OFF THE INSTALLATION MEETS CODE AND IS SAFE.
  
 IF THE BUILDING IS UNDER GENERATOR POWER AND THERE IS
 AN EMERGENCY WHERE FIRE DEPARTMENT OR OTHER PERSONAL
 NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN THE POWER, THE ATS WILL ONLY SHUT
 OFF POWER TO SERVICE EQUIPMENT. THE GENERATOR IS STILL
 UNDER POWER AND STILL RUNNING. THE FEEDERS FROM THE
 GENERATOR TO THE ATS ARE ALSO STILL ENERGIZED AND
 RUNNING THROUGH THE BUILDING.
 ALL FEEDERS AND SERVICE ENTRANCE CONDUCTORS ENTERING
 AND RUNNING THROUGH THE STRUCTURE SHALL CONTAIN
 DISCONNECTING MEANS TO DE-ENERGIZE THESE CONDUCTORS.
 THE INTENT OF 230 AND 225 OF THE NEC GIVEN BELOW IS TO
 BE ABLE TO DE-ENERGIZE ALL CONDUCTORS IN A STRUCTURE.
  
 PLEASE SEE 230.70, 230.71, 230.72, 230.76 AND 230.79
 FOR SERVICE CONDUCTORS WHICH REQUIRE DISCONNECTING
 MEANS. THE DISCONNECTING MEANS SHALL BE RATED FOR THE
 LOAD SERVED AND BE ABLE TO BE DISCONNECTED EVEN UNDER
 POWER FAILURE. EVEN OTHER SYSTEMS SUCH AS BACK UP POWER
 SYSTEMS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE DISCONNECTING MEANS TO
 SHUT OFF POWER.
 PLEASE SEE 225.31-225.39. THESE SECTIONS APPLY TO
 FEEDERS TO DETACHED STRUCTURES/BUILDINGS. EVEN AS THIS
 IS NOT A DETACHED BUILDING OR STRUCTURE THE INTENT OF
 225 IS THE SAME. THESE SAME SECTIONS WILL SHOW THE
 INTENT WHICH IS TO HAVE A DISCONNECTING MEANS TO
 DE-ENERGIZE ALL FEEDERS IN A STRUCTURE.

 PLEASE SEE NEC 445.18 WHICH REQUIRES THE DISCONNECTING
 OF ALL POWER FROM THE UNIT. ALSO (1),(2),
 ** A MEANS OF DISCONNECTING THE PRIME MOVER SHALL BE
 PROVIDED. IT WAS STATED ON PREVIOUS REVIEW TO CALL FIRE
 MARSHAL AND THIS REVIEWER TO GO OVER THIS COMMENT.
 HOWEVER TO DATE NO CONTACT TO THIS REVIEWER WAS MADE.
 CONTACT WILL BE MADE TO THE FIRE MARSHAL FOR PROPOSED
 SCOPE OF WORK.
  
 ** AS NOTED PREVIOUSLY NO INFORMATION ON MOUNTING THE
 GENERATOR, LOCATION, OTHER STRUCTURAL INFORMATION COULD
 BE LOCATED ON ANY OTHER SHEETS. ME SHEET INDICATES THE
 GAS LINE UP TO ROOF HOWEVER THE S SHEETS DO NOT SHOW
 ANY DETAILS.
 IT WAS NOTED TO SEE COMMENTS FROM OTHER TRADES HOWEVER
 AS GENERATOR UNIT WAS NOT SHOWN ON OTHER PLANS IT MAY
 NOT HAVE BEEN NOTED BY THE BUILDING REVIEWER. AN E-MAIL
 HAS BEEN SENT TO BUILDING REVIEWER.
 COULD NOT LOCATE ANY MOUNTING DETAILS, CURBS, VIBRATION
 ISOLATORS ETC. SEE FBC CHAPTER 16 FOR WIND AND NFPA-110
 CHAPTER 7 FOR MOUNTING, LOCATIONS ETC
  
 9) NOTE: SPECS WERE SUBMITTED FOR THE GENERATOR UNIT.
 WILL THIS BE AN INSIDE UNIT AS NO SHEETS COULD BE
 LOCATED FOR THE WEATHER PROOF ENCLOSURE.

 EXAMPLE IS NEW EXHAUST FANS ON ROOF HOWEVER NO
 ELECTRICAL INFORMATION COULD BE LOCATED NEXT TO UNIT.
