2009-06-09 09:05:56THIS PARCEL (PCN# 74424320010050010) WAS PREVIOUSLY AN
 UNADDRESSED ONE THAT TOOK ACCESS OFF OKEECHOBEE BLVD. I
 EXAMINED THE SITE PLANS & NOTICED THAT THERE WOULD BE
 ADDITIONAL NEW COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES ON THESE TWO
 PARCELS (PCN#S 74424320010050010 & 74424320000005040)
 TO THE WEST OF WPB FIRE STATION #7. IN THE MEANTIME,
 THIS PERMIT WAS ONLY REFERRING TO THE PROPOSED PALM
 BEACH COMMUNITY BANK (LABELED BUILDING D ON THE SITE
 PLAN IN B). I CONTACTED THE ARCHITECTURAL COMPANY,
 URBAN DESIGN KILDAY STUDIOS & REQUESTED THAT THEY SEND
 ME A PART OF THE SITE PLAN BACK IN DIGITAL FORMAT
 (FSP-1 OF 2), WHICH THEY DID. I ALSO SENT THEM A COPY
 OF OUR ADDRESSING & STREET NAMING POLICY, SPECIFICALLY
 POINTED OUT SECTION 1.3: IT WILL BE THE DEVELOPER
 RESPONSIBILITY TO ASSIGN UNIT (DESIGNATORS) ADDRESSES
 TO ALL UNITS INSIDE THE STRUCTURE .THE LIST OF
 ADDRESSES MUST BE APPROVED BY THE SUPPORT SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT IN CHARGE OF ADDRESSING PRIOR TO RELEASE THE
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
 EXAMPLES TO ASSIGN UNIT NUMBERS ARE:
 GROUND/FIRST FLOOR: UNIT NUMBERS FROM 100 TO 199, (100
 MAIN ST. # 101, INDICATES THE UNIT ON THE FIRST FLOOR)
 SECOND FLOOR: UNIT NUMBERS FROM 200 TO 299, (100 MAIN
 ST. # 201, INDICATES THE FIRST UNIT ON THE SECOND
 FLOOR)
  
 AFTER ANALYZING THE STREET RANGE, I DECIDED TO ASSIGN
 THE PALM BEACH COMMUNITY BANK THE PRIMARY ADDRESS OF
 8101 OKEECHOBEE BLVD FOR PCN# 74424320010050010. I
 ADJUSTED THE LOCATION RECORD IN COMMUNITYPLUS TO 8101
 OKEECHOBEE BLVD UNDER PCN# 74424320010050010, THEN
 NOTIFIED ALL OF THE RELEVANT PARTIES (FPL, USPS, PAPA,
 ETC.) VIA E-MAIL OF THE NEWLY ISSUED ADDRESS (CC: URBAN
 DESIGN KILDAY STUDIOS & SISCA CONSTRUCTION SERVICES,
 LLC). I ALSO CORRECTED IT ON THE ORIGINAL PERMIT
 APPLICATION & RETURNED ALL OF THE ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS
 BACK INTO THE C-30 BOX.
