 1- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 N1100.0 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
 NOTE: MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS PROVIDED AND ALL
 SIGNATURES ARE PROVIDED.
  
 2- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. UPDATE VALUE TO INCLUDE ALL MATERIALS, LABOR,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL PROFESSIONAL FEES AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 108.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE
 9B-72 FOR:
 A) FLAT ROOF. AND, CLEARLY MARK SPECIFIC APPROVED
 ASSEMBLY AND BASE SHEET FASTENING OPTION. PROVIDE RAS
 117 CALCULATIONS FOR NAIL ENHANCING AT PERIMETER AND
 CORNER AREAS. IF PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED REQUIRES
 CALCULATIONS TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED, THEN PROVIDE
 SIGNED AND SEALED CALCULATIONS.
 NOTE: ACCORDING TO 2009 REVISIONS TO THE 2007 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE, THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED ON EXPOSURE
 "C". HAVE THIS IN CONSIDERATION WHEN PROVIDING THE RAS
 117 CALCULATIONS.
  
 B) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS
 AND DETAILS. PROVIDE ONLY THE PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER
 PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING THE SPECIFIED CONNECTOR.
  
 C) SHUTTERS FOR WINDOWS. AND PROVIDE COMPLETE
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE AND CLEARLY MARK SPECIFIC ANCHOR
 TYPE AND SPACING TO BE USED.
  
 4- ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 5- ACCORDING TO 2009 REVISIONS TO THE 2007 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE, THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED ON EXPOSURE
 "C", NOT "B". REVISE PLANS DESIGN CRITERIA AND WINDOWS/
 DOORS DESIGN PRESSURES AS REQUIRED.

 SPECIFIED ON WALL SECTION DOESN'T PROVIDE CROSS
 VENTILATION. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 11- SPECIFY HOW LONG ARE THE 1/2" ANCHORS BOLTS
 SPECIFIED ON WALL SECTION TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH
 UPLIFT LOADS OF SEC. R301 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE.
  
 12- REVISE ROOF SHEATHING SPECIFICATIONS SHOWN ON WALL
 SECTION TO COMPLY WITH SEC. R803.2.3.1 OF 2007 FLORIDA
