 REVIEW STATUS: FAILED
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS...THE FOLLOWING ARE REPEAT COMMENTS
 (ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS PROVIDED IN ALL CAPS):
  
 1) PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES INTERIOR RENOVATION,
 WHILE PLANS SHOW EXTERIOR/SITE MODIFICATIONS. PLEASE
 ENSURE THAT THE PERMIT APPLICATION AND THE PLANS ARE
 CONSISTENT REGARDING THE SCOPE OF WORK. IT WAS UNCLEAR
 AS TO WHETHER OR NOT THE SCOPE HAS BEEN REVISED AS THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION WAS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE
 RESUBMITTAL PACKAGE.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS NEED TO BE ADDRESSED AS A RESULT
 OF THE POTENTIAL NEW SCOPE (EXTERIOR WORK) AND THE
 SUBMITTAL OF NEW/REVISED PLANS:
  
 1) TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT/ACCURATE SURVEY SHALL BE
 PROVIDED.
  
 2) THE SITE PLAN SHALL TO SCALE.
  
 3) A PARKING STALL STRIPING DETAIL SHALL BE PROVIDED
 INDICATING COMPLIANCE WITH THE CITY'S ZLDRS.
  
 4) A DETAIL SHALL BE PROVIDED SHOWING THE PROPOSED
 WHEEL STOPS AND SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CITY'S
 ZLDRS.
  
 5) A SITE DATA TABLE SHALL BE PROVIDED SHOWING TOTAL
 ACRES OF THE PROJECT; TOTAL GROSS BUILDING SQUARE
 FOOTAGE; PERCENTAGE OF OPEN SPACE, LANDSCAPING,
 BUILDING COVERAGE, AND IMPERMEABLE SURFACE; DENSITY;
 PARKING CALCULATIONS; FAR; ETC.
  
 6) THE DEMOLITION PLAN STILL SHOWS STORAGE OF A
 RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444(C) OF
 THE CITY'S ZLDRS, OUTDOOR STORAGE SHALL NOT BE
 PERMITTED UNLESS CODE-REQUIRED SCREENING IS INSTALLED.
  
 7) THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS DO NOT MATCH. PLEASE
 ENSURE ALL PLANS ARE CONSISTENT. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOWS CURING BETWEEN THE PARKING AND LANDSCAPE AREAS;
 HOWEVER, THIS IS NOT SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN. THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN ALSO SHOWS A FENCE AROUND THE "DOG WALK"
 AREA; THIS IS NOT SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN AND WILL BE
 REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 8) ALL SHADE AND FLOWERING TREES INSTALLED SHALL MEET
 THE MINIMUM CRITERIA OF THE CITY'S ZLDRS....THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN INDICATES SHADE/FLOWERING TREES WITH 4.5
 FEET OF CLEAR TRUNK...THE ZLDRS REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 5
 FEET OF CLEAR TRUNK.
  
 9) NO SHRUBS/HEDGES/TRESS SHALL BE INSTALLED BETWEEN 18
 INCHES AND 8 FEET WITHIN THE VISIBILITY TRIANGLE. THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN INDICATES DAHOON HOLLY AND COCOPLUM
 WITHIN THIS AREA....THE PLANS SHALL BE REVISED
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 10) A "BACK-OUT" AREA NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED FOR THE
 SPACE IN THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE PARKING LOT. AS
 DESIGNED, CARS IN THIS SPACE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO TURN
 WHILE BACKING OUT, ALLOWING THEM TO EXIT ONTO DIXIE
 HIGHWAY.
  
 11) THE DOOR ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING APPEARS
 TO CONFLICT WITH THE PARKING SPACES. CONSIDER PULLING
 THE SPACES BACK TO THE WEST AND EXPANDING THE "DOG
 WALK" AREA.
