 ENSURE THAT THE PERMIT APPLICATION AND THE PLANS ARE
 CONSISTENT REGARDING THE SCOPE OF WORK.
  
 2) IF THE SCOPE OF WORK IS GOING TO INCLUDE SITE
 MODIFICATIONS, PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING
 (ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE GENERATED IF THE SCOPE IS
 AMENDED...A FULL REVIEW WAS NOT COMPLETED AS THE SCOPE
 ONLY INDICATED INTERIOR WORK):
  
 2A) TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT/ACCURATE SURVEY SHALL
 BE PROVIDED.
  
 2B) THE SITE PLAN SHALL TO SCALE.
  
 2C) LANDSCAPING IS SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN....IF
 LANDSCAPING IS PROPOSED TO BE INSTALLED, LANDSCAPE
 PLANS SHALL BE PROVIDED, AND SIGNED/SEALED, BY A
 REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT. ALL NEW LANDSCAPING
 SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
 (ZLDRS).
  
 2D) DIMENSIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED ON THE SITE/LANDSCAPE
 PLANS SHOWING THE DIMENSIONS OF ALL
 IMPROVEMENTS/MODIFICATIONS (I.E. LANDSCAPE BUFFERS,
 TERMINAL ISLANDS, PARKING SPACES, DRIVE AISLES,
 HANDICAP WALKS, ETC.)
  
 2E) A PARKING STALL STRIPING DETAIL SHALL BE PROVIDED
 INDICATING COMPLIANCE WITH THE CITY'S ZLDRS.
  
 2F) A SITE DATA TABLE SHALL BE PROVIDED SHOWING TOTAL
 ACRES OF THE PROJECT; TOTAL GROSS BUILDING SQUARE
 FOOTAGE; PERCENTAGE OF OPEN SPACE, LANDSCAPING,
 BUILDING COVERAGE, AND IMPERMEABLE SURFACE; DENSITY;
 PARKING CALCULATIONS; FAR; ETC.
  
 3) THE SITE PLAN SHOWS STORAGE OF A RECREATIONAL
 VEHICLE. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444(C) OF THE CITY'S
 ZLDRS, OUTDOOR STORAGE SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED UNLESS
 CODE-REQUIRED SCREENING IS INSTALLED.
