 3) SHEET A-1 DOOR# 1 DOES NOT INDICATE THIS IS A NEW
 CUT IN OPENING, PLEASE SEE INTERIOR DEMO PERMIT
 09040632 AND NOTE # 5 WHICH DEALS WITH THE NEW DOORWAY
 BEING CUT INTO THE WALL AND BUILDING PROVISO: DEMO
 NOTE# 5 TO BE DETERMINED BY ZONING DEPARTMENT , BLDG IS
 OK WITH SET BACK REQUIREMENTS TABLE 602. THE NEW PLANS
 FAIL TO INDICATE HOW THE BLOCK WALL WILL BE FITTED WITH

 LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL OR SITE SPECIFIC FORM PER RULE
