 1. FROM LOT LINE OF ANOTHER LOT: 20 FEET.
  
 2. FROM PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY: 15 FEET IF ALL SIGN FACES
 PLACED PARALLEL TO THE STREET, AND 20 FEET IF ONE OR
 MORE SIGNS FACES NOT PLACED PARALLEL TO THE STREET.
  
 3. FROM INTERSECTIONS OF STREETS WITH OTHER STREETS AND
 WITH ACCESS DRIVES: AS REQUIRED BY SUBSECTION
 94-305(E).
  
 AS STATED ABOVE, IF THE SIGN IS PERPENDICULAR TO THE
 STREET IT SHALL BE SETBACK A MINIMUM OF 20 FEET. PLEASE
 CORRECT ON PLAN.
  
 ALSO NOTE THAT THERE IS A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ONE (1)
 LOWFREESTANDING SIGN PER LOT. PLEASE ALSO NOTE ON THE
 PLAN THAT YOU ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THIS PROVISION.
