 1. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION
 94-441(C)(2) OF: AS THE VALUE OF THE PROPOSED WORK
 EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE (LISTED AS
 "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 PLEASE SUBMIT TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 3. IS THERE GOING TO BE AN INCREASE IN SQUARE FOOTAGE
 OF THE HOUSE? IS YES, PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A
 CURRENT SURVEY, WHICH INCLUDES THE PROPERTY'S ADDRESS
 AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION. INDICATE THE SETBACK DIMENSION
 OF THE PROPOSED ADDITION (IF APPLICABLE) TO ALL
 ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES.
  
 4. PROVIDE THE TOTAL HEIGHT OF THE PROPOSED ADDITION ON
 THE ELEVATION PLAN. PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION
 94-611, THE HEIGHT SHALL BE MEASURED AS THE VERTICAL
 DISTANCE FROM THE AVERAGE ELEVATION OF THE FINISHED
 GRADE OF THE BUILDING TO THE MEAN HEIGHT LEVEL BETWEEN
 EAVES AND RIDGE FOR GABLE, HIP, AND GAMBREL ROOFS.
  
 NOTE: THE SUBMITTAL OF THE REQUESTED INFORMATION MAY
 GENERATE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
