 2) THE PERMIT VALUE PROVIDED FOR THE DEMOLISHION OF
 POOL, POOL DECK, VARIUOS CONCRETE DECKS, FILL FOR THE
 POOL, COMPACTION OF FILL, GRADING, 6" ROCK BASE,
 ASPHALT, CURBING AND STRIPPING ALL FOR A CONTRACT VALUE
 OF $5,000.00 DOLLARS. THIS VALUE IS EXTREMELY LOW WE
 HAVE CALCULATED THE VALUE FOR THE NEW WORK OF GRADING,
 6 INCH SUB BASE, ASPHALT AND A D-CURB OF ASPHALT AND
 THE VALUE FOR THIS SCOPE OF WORK ALONE WAS AT
 $16,000.00 WITH NO DEMOLISION WORK OR STRIPING.
  
 W P B ADMINISTRTIVE CODE 108.2 SCHEDULE OF PERMIT FEES.
 ON BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL,
 AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS OR ALTERATIONS REQUIRING A PERMIT,
 A FEE FOR EACH PERMIT SHALL BE PAID AS REQUIRED, IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHEDULE ESTABLISHED BY THE
 APPLICABLE GOVERNING AUTHORITY.
  
 108.3* BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION.
 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFRENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS. PLEASE PROVIDE A REASONABLE DOLLAR AMOUNT FOR
 THIS SCOPE OF WORK.
  
 3) SHEET SP-1 PLEASE REVIEW THE ELEVATIONS AT THE
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES ANDTHE ACCESS AISLE. IN BOTH
 THE PARKING SPACE AND ACCESS AISLE SHALL BE LEVEL WITH
 SURFACE SLOPES NOT EXCEEDING 1:50( 2 PER CENT) IN ALL
 DIRECTIONS.
  
 4) SHEET SP-1 PLEASE INDICATE THE TRANSITION BETWEEN
 THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES ACCESS AISLE AND THE
 PROPOSED SIDEWALKS TO THE RIGHT. THE PROPOSED SIDEWALK
 AND EXISTING SIDEWALK ARE INDICATED TO BE APPROXIMATELY
 A FOOT LOWER IN ELEVATION. 106.1.2 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION REQUIRED.
