 2) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN DESIGNATES THE
 ALLOWED SIGN AREA AS CENTERED ABOVE EACH WINDOW OR DOOR
 OPENING. THE RENDERING SHOWS THE SIGN STATING "WILD
 GINGER" CENTERED ON THE WALL BETWEEN TWO OPENINGS.
  
 3) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN LIMITS SIGN TEXT TO A
 MAXIMUM OF 12 INCHES IN HEIGHT. THE PROPOSED WILD
 GINGER TEXT AND THE LOGO HEIGHT ARE SHOWN TO A MAXIMUM
 OF 30 INCHES.
  
 4) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN MEASURES SIGNAGE
 ALLOWANCE AS FOLLOWS - ONE SQUARE FOOT OF SIGNAGE FOR
 EACH ONE LINEAR FOOT OF STORE FRONTAGE. PLEASE PROVIDE
 THE LINEAR FRONTAGE FOR THE WILD GINGER BAY. THE
 PROPOSED SIGN SQUARE FOOTAGE IS 50 SQUARE FEET.
  
 5) THE CITYPLACE SIGN PLAN ALLOWS CITYPLACE TO GRANT
 VARIANCES FROM LOCATION PROVISION OF 2 ABOVE AND THE
 DIMENSIONAL PROVISIONS OF 3 AND 4 (IF NEEDED) ABOVE.
 PROVIDE A NOTARIZED LETTER FROM CITYPLACE THAT THEY
 HAVE GRANTED THE SPECIFIC VARIANCES FOR THE PROPOSED
 SIGNS.
