 ST). ROBERT MCDOUGAL BROUGHT AN ADDRESSING ISSUE TO MY
 ATTENTION BECAUSE 1/2 ADDRESSES WERE IN VIOLATION WITH
 THE CITY'S POLICY & ORDINANCE. UNDER SECTION 1.3 OF THE
 CITY'S ADDRESSING POLICY: ADDITIONS TO THE PRIMARY
 HOUSE NUMBERS, SUCH AS "1/2 OR UNIT A" ARE NO LONGER
 ALLOWED. I IMPLEMENTED A SECONDARY ADDRESSING CHANGE
 FROM 539 1/2 21ST ST TO 541 21ST ST FOR THE REAR
 STRUCTURE. I SENT OUT A NOTIFICATION E-MAIL TO ALL OF
 THE RELEVANT PARTIES (PAPA, FPL, USPS, CONTRACTOR,
 ETC.) TO INFORM THEM OF THE ADDRESSING ADJUSTMENT. I
 FORMULATED THE ADDRESS POINT OF 541 21ST ST IN GIS, AND
 CREATED THE SEQUENTIAL UNIT RECORD 0001 - 541 21ST ST
 UNDER PCN# 74434316140030190 IN COMMUNITYPLUS. PLEASE
 FIX THE ADDRESS ON THE ORIGINAL PERMIT APPLICATION FROM
 539 & 539 1/2 21ST ST TO 539 & 541 21ST ST (AS I WAS
 ONLY PROVIDED WITH A COPY).
