 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.

 2) NOTE: 713.13(6) THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT AT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST
 INSPECTION.
  
 3) PROVIDE A DOOR AND WINDOW SCHEDULE WITH THE OPENING
 SIZE OF EACH DOOR AND WINDOW. SHOW THE DIMENSION OF THE
 STOREFRONTS GLASS WITH THE LOCATION OF THE INTERMEDIATE
 HORIZONTAL MULLION.
  
 4) NO PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE WINDOWS AND MULLIONS
 WERE SUBMITTED. FROM THE PRODUCT APPROVALS INDICATE
 WHICH SYSTEM SHALL BE USED INCLUDING THE TYPE OF DOOR
 (DOUBLE OR SINGLE) GLASS TYPE PER THE TABLES GIVEN, THE
 TYPE OF MULLION ETC. SHOW THE STRUCTURAL ATTATCHMENT
 DETAIL FOR THE STOREFRONT. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED 106.1.2*
  
 5) THE CLAIMED VALUATION ON THE APPLICATION SEEMS LOW
 FOR THE SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN. THE VALUE SHALL BE THE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT COST EXCLUDING LAND VALUE. A FAIR
 MARKET VALUE SHALL BE STATED ON THE APPLICATION OR WE
 MAY DO A VALUATION USING MARSHALL-SWIFT AND MEANS COST
