 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.

 2) NOTE: 713.13(6) THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT AT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST
 INSPECTION.
  
 3) PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW) AFTER
 JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2007 FBC
 BUILDING WITH THE 2009 SUPPLEMENTS. THE DESIGN UNDER
 WHICH THE PROJECT IS BASE SHALL BE STATED ON THE PLANS.
  
 4) 2007 FBC (EXISTING) 401.4 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR
 AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF
 ALTERATION PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 403, 404 AND 405 OF
 THIS CODE. THIS INFORMATION SHALL BE INDICATED ON THE
 PLANS.
  
 5) THE PLANS SHALL INDICATE THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION
 PER CHAPTER 6 AND TABLE 503, THE USE AND OCCUPANCY PER
 CHAPTER 3. THIS INFORMATION IS REQUIRED SO THAT ANY
 ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ORIGINAL
 BUILDING TYPE.
  
 6) THE APPLICATION DOES NOT GIVE CLEAR DESCRIPTION OF
 THE INTENDED WORK OF THE AREA. BOTH THE APPLICATION AND
 THE DRAWINGS SHALL CLEARLY SHOW IN DETAIL THE LOCATION
 AND AREA OF THE PROPOSED CHANGES. PROVIDE A WALL LEGEND
 CLEARLY INDICATING THE NEW WALLS AND THE EXISTING WALL
 WITH A DESCRIPTION OF ALL MATERIALS. THE DRAWINGS SHALL
 ALSO STATE THE USE OF EACH ROOM OF THE SPACE. THE PLANS
 SHOW A SECTION OF A MEZZANINE, PLEASE INDICATE CLEARLY
 THE LOCATION OF THE MEZZANINE ON THE DRAWINGS. THE
 DOCUMENTS SHALL CLEARLY SHOW THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED FBC 106.1.1
  
 7) SHEET 1.0A SHOWS A SECTION FOR A RAISED PLATFORM ON
 2 X 8 WITH ?? INCH PLYWOOD. THE PLATFORM SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FBC 2007 410.3 AND
 410.4. INDICATE THE USE OF THE PLATFORM ON THE
 DRAWINGS. SHOW THE ACCESSIBILITY ENTRANCE TO THE
 PLATFORM FBC 11-4.1.2 VERTICAL ACCESSIBILITY, SHALL BE
 PROVIDED TO ALL LEVELS ABOVE OR BELOW THE OCCUPIAABLE
 GRADE LEVEL. SHOW COMPLIANCE. HANDRAILS MAY BE REQUIRED
 WHEN ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SHOWN WITH THE HEIGHT AND
 USE OF THE PLATFORM.
  
 8) THERE ARE SOME SYMBOLS ON THE PLANS WITH NUMBERS
 INSIDE, IF THESE SYMBOLS ARE MAKING REFERENCE TO
 DETAILS PROVIDE THE DETAIL DRAWINGS.
  
 9) PROVIDE THE CONNECTION DETAIL OF THE 2 X 8 TO THE
 EXISTING FLOOR AND EXISTING WALLS WITH THE TYPES OF
 CONNECTION STRAPS; AND THE NAIL PATTERN FOR THE
 PLYWOOD. STATE THE TYPE OF WOOD TO BE USED AND THE TYPE
 OF EXISTING FLOOR. THE UNIFORM DISTRIBUTED LIVE LOAD
 SHALL BE GIVEN PER TABLE 1067.1, ALONG WITH THE LATERAL
 SUPPORT PER 2308.8.5 AND THE GRADE/ SPECIES AND NUMBER
 FOR THE TYPE OF WOOD USED FBC 2304.7.1.
