| A. ALL AWNINGS AT SIDEWALK LEVEL SHALL PROJECT A |
| MINIMUM OF FOUR FEET FROM THE BUILDING FACADE AND HAVE |
| A MINIMUM OF NINE FEET IN CLEARANCE FROM THE SIDEWALK |
| LEVEL TO THE BOTTOM OF THE AWNING. |

| B. AWNINGS ON STORIES ABOVE THE SIDEWALK LEVEL SHALL |
| PROJECT A MINIMUM OF THREE FEET FROM THE BUILDING |
| FACADE. VALANCES SHALL NOT EXCEED EIGHT INCHES IN |
| HEIGHT. |

| 4. PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE COPY OR LOGO ON |
| THE PROPOSED AWNINGS. NOTE: PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, |
| SECTION 94-212(E)(1): IF THE STOREFRONT USES AWNINGS, |
| THE COPY OR LOGO ON THE VALANCE SHALL NOT EXCEED SIX |
| INCHES IN HEIGHT AND SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS SQUARE |
