 CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN.
  
 5) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN PROHIBITS INTERNALLY
 ILLUMINATED BOX SIGNS.
  
 6) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES SIGN TEXT TO
 BE A MAXIMUM OF 12 INCHES IN HEIGHT. THE PROPOSED TEXT
 HEIGHT IS NOT LABELED, BUT SCALES TO TALLER THAN 12
 INCHES. THE TEXT HEIGHT IS REQUIRED TO BE SHOWN ON THE
 PLANS.
  
 7) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN ALLOWS VARIANCES FROM
 THE PROVISIONS OF 2 THROUGH 6. PROVIDE A NOTARIZED
 LETTER FROM CITYPLACE THAT THEY HAVE GRANTED THE
 SPECIFIC VARIANCES NEEDED TO CONSTRUCT THE PROPOSED
 SIGN.
  
 8) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN MEASURES SIGNAGE
 ALLOWANCE AS FOLLOWS - ONE SQUARE FOOT OF SIGNAGE FOR
 EACH ONE LINEAR FOOT OF STORE FRONTAGE. PLEASE PROVIDE
 THE LINEAR FEET OF STORE FRONTAGE.
