 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN
 FORMAT.
  
 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442(A), LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL
 BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY A REGISTERED LANDSCAPE
 ARCHITECT.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE
 EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (B)(1), AT LEAST ONE
 FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 6400 SQUARE
 FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF.
  
 4. PLEASE BE SPECIFIC AS TO WHAT TREES AND PLANT
 MATERIAL ARE BEING PROPOSED. COCONUT PALMS ARE NOT IN
 THE SAME CLASSIFICATION AS SABAL PALMS. JASMINE IS NOT
 A HEDGE AND SO ON.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(3)(A), EACH ROW OF
 PARKING SPACES SHALL BE TERMINATED BY LANDSCAPED
 ISLANDS OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE FEET IN WIDTH AND LOT
 LESS THAN THE LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING STALL. THE
 ISLAND AT THE NORTH END OF THE PARKING ROW IS NOT THE
 FULL LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING STALL.
  
 6. UNLESS THE TRAVEL AISLE IS ONE-WAY ONLY, 90 DEGREE
 PARKING IS PREFERRED.
  
 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(4), FOR OTHER PAVED
 AREAS UTILIZED BY MOTOR VEHICLES, INCLUDING AISLES,
 ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING SHALL BE PROVIDED AS FOLLOWS:
 FOUR SQUARE FEET OF LANDSCAPED AREA SHALL BE REQUIRED
 FOR EACH 100 SQUARE FEET OR FRACTION THEREOF.
  
 8. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(5)(A), LANDSCAPE AREAS
 SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM VEHICULAR USE AREAS BY
 NONMOUNTABLE, CONCRETE CURBING OF THE TYPE
 CHARACTERIZED AS "TYPE D". CURBING WAS NOT SHOWN ALONG
 THE EAST SIDE OF THE DRIVE AISLE, ADJACENT TO THE
 POTTED PLANTS.
  
 9. THE PAVED AREA BETWEEN THE DRIVE AISLE AND THE SHED
 IS DESIGNATED AS A LANDSCAPED AREA ON THE SITE PLAN.
 PLEASE CLARIFY. POTTED PLANTS CANNOT BE USED TO DEFINE
 A DRIVEWAY.
  
 10. ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN, PLEASE SHOW ALL UTILITIES,
 EASEMENTS, STREET LIGHTS AND TREES ON NEIGHBORING
 PROPERTY IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO SHARED PROPERTY LINES
 AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT MAY INTERFERE WITH THE PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPING.
  
 11.THERE ARE PROPOSED LIVE OAK TREES UNDER POWER LINES,
 YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FOLLOW FPL'S "PLANT THE RIGHT TREE
 IN THE RIGHT PLACE" GUIDELINES FOR WHAT IS ALLOWED TO
 BE PLANTED NEAR OF UNDER POWER LINES. THE GUIDELINES
 WOULD NOT ALLOW THE OAKS TO BE PLANTED IN THAT
 LOCATION.
  
 12. FOR THIS TO BE UTILIZED AS ONE-WAY CIRCULATION, IT
 MUST BE STRIPED AND MARKED ACCORDINGLY PER CITY
 STANDARDS.
  
 13. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442(D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN
 SPACE AREAS SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS. GRASS AREAS
 SHALL BE SODDED.
  
 14. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445(4)(G)(3), AUTOMATIC
 IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE USED FOR THE CULTIVATED
 LANDSCAPE AREAS FOR ALL PROPERTIES. THIS INCLUDES THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY, ADJACENT TO AVON ROAD.
  
 15. SUBMIT A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE
 TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR.
  
 16. HEDGE MATERIAL ADJACENT TO A RIGHT-OF-WAY SHALL BE
 PLANTED ALONG THE INTERIOR PERIMETER TO THE LANDSCAPE
 SETBACK (ON STREET SIDE OF A FENCE) . GROUND COVER AND
 SOD SHALL BE PLANTED BETWEEN THE HEDGE AND THE PROPERTY
 LINE.
