 1- CLARIFY WHICH UNIT IS GOING TO BE REPAIRED. ADDRESS
 ON PERMIT APPLICATION IS FOR 836 ALMERIA RD. FLOOR
 PLANS STATE THAT UNIT 836 TO REMAIN AS IS. COORDINATE
 INFORMATION AS REQUIRED TO MATCH.
  
 2- NEED RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC. 713.13
 FLORIDA STATUTE.
 NOTE: THIS MAY BE RECORDED AT TIME OF PERMIT PICK UP.
  
 3- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) ENTRY AND REAR SWING DOORS. NOA 02-1211.12 SUBMITTED
 EXPIRED ON APRIL 14, 2008. NEED TO PROVIDE CURRENT ONE.
  
 B) EXTERIOR LOUVER SHOWN GABLE WALL ON NORTH ELEVATION.
  
 C) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SHOWN ON PLANS AND
 DETAILS. GO TO WWW.FLORIDA BUILDING.ORG. PROVIDE ONLY
 COPY OF THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE AND
 PAGE SHOWING CONNECTOR. NO NEED TO DOWNLOAD COMPLETE
 REPORT. NOTE: THIS APPLIES TO STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS

 6- ARCHITECT TO PROVIDE THE ARCHITECTURAL FIRM LICENSE
 NUMBER ON TITLE BLOCK AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 61G1-16.004
 OF FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AND CHAPTER 481 FLORIDA
 STATUTE. UNABLE TO FIND AA-C002146 ON STATE WEBSITE.
  
 7- PLANS TO SPECIFY SIZE AND LOCATION OF ATTIC ACCESS.

 A) REVISE NOTES BELOW STRUCTURAL WOOD NOTE #6. THIS
 BUILDING HAS NO HIP ROOF, BUT GABLE ROOF. REFERENCE
 CODE SECTIONS FOR DRAFSTOPPING FROM THE 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE WHICH IS THE CODE THAT GOVERNS ONE AND
 TWO FAMILY BUILDINGS.
 REVISE DIMENSIONS FOR ATTIC ACCESS. SEE SEC. R807 OF
 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. ALSO, REFERENCE PROPER
 SECTION FROM THE RESIDENTIAL CODE. SEE COMMENTS ON
 PLANS.
  
 B) REVISE DESIGN WIND LOADS SPECIFICATIONS. ASCE YEAR
 REFERENCE TO BE USED IS ASCE 7-02, NOT 98. CLARIFY IF
 STRUCTURE IS DESIGNED USING ASCE 7-02 OR FBC 2004 SEC.
 1609. REVISE NOTE STATING THAT THIS IS A BUILDING WITH
 A HIP ROOF. THIS IS A BUILDING WITH GABLE ENDS. REVISE
 ROOF SHEATHING SPECIFICATIONS TO COMPLY WITH SEC.
 R803.2.3.1 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. NEED TO
 IDENTIFY ROOF ZONE #3 AND MINIMUM NAIL TYPE AND SPACING
 TO BE USED. NEED 8D RING SHANK NAILS AT 4"O.C. AT EDGES
 AND INTERMEDIATE SUPPORTS. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEE
 FIGURE 803.2.3.1 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE FOR
 ROOF SHEATHING NAILING ZONES.
  
 C) SPECIFY ALL LIVE LOADS, INCLUDING THE ATTIC LIVE
 LOADS AS REQUIRED BY TABLE R301.5 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 D) PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 TENANT SEPARATION WALL TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH SEC.
 R317 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 E) REVISE SPECIFICATIONS FOR TRUSS CONNECTOR H10A. SEE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR CORRECT UPLIFT CAPACITY AND
 SPECIFIED NUMBER OF NAILS. OTHERWISE PROVIDE COMPLETE
 ENGINEERING ANALYSIS FOR NUMBERS THAT DIFFER FROM THOSE
 TESTED AND PUBLISHED BY THE MANUFACTURER. SEC. 106.1.2
 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004 TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH
 DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.

 SECTION AND CODE YEAR. ALSO, UPDATE YEAR EDITION OF

 B) TYPICAL NEW WALL SECTION: REVISE ROOF SHEATHING
 NOTE. COORDINATE WITH ITEM #8B ABOVE. COORDINATE WITH

 AND WALL CONNECTORS WITH THOSE SHOWN ON SHEET A-4.
 REVISE NOTE REGARDING THE HIP ROOF. SPECIFY SIZE OF
 CONTINUOUS VENT TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R806 OF
 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 10- PLEASE RETURN REVIEWED SET AFTER CORRECTIONS ARE
 DONE TO ORIGINAL DRAWINGS TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW
