 1. BRAZILIAN PEPPER WHICH IS A PROHIBITED PLANT SPECIES
 IS GROWING IN THE EXISTING FICUS HEDGE. IT MUST BE
 REMOVED AND THE GAPS WITHIN THE HEDGE SHALL BE FILLED
 WITH NEW FICUS SHRUBS.
  
 2. REPEAT COMMENT: THE PROPOSED FENCE ALONG THE
 SOUTHEAST PROPERTY LINE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY LINE. OTHERWISE, THE LANDSCAPING CANNOT BE
 MAINTAINTED. THE PROPOSED HEDGES LOCATED ALONG THE
 SOUTHEAST, WEST AND NORTHWEST PERIMETER OF THE SITE
 SHALL BE INSTALLED IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE PROPERTY
 LINE WITH SOD OR GROUND COVER TO BE PLANTED BETWEEN THE
 HEDGE AND PARKING LOT.
  
 3. REPEAT COMMENT: THE PROPOSED FENCE AND HEDGE
 ADJACENT TO AUSTRALIAN AVENUE SHALL BE LOCATED ALONG
 THE INSIDE PERIMETER OF THE LANDSCAPE AREA. THE FENCE
 SHALL BE ADJACENT TO THE PARKING LOT WITH THE HEDGE
 PLANTED ALONG THE STREET SIDE OF THE FENCE.
  
 4. REPEAT COMMENT: THE TOTAL WIDTH OF THE PARKING LOT
 SHALL BE LIMITED TO 60 FEET. THAT WILL ALLOW TWO
 PARKING ROWS 18 FEET IN DEPTH WITH 24 FEET BETWEEN. THE
 BALANCE OF THE AREA SHALL BE CONVERTED INTO GREEN SPACE
 WITH BOTH PERIMETER LANDSCAPE STRIPS BEING ENLARGED.
  
 5. REPEAT COMMENT: A NOTE ON THE LANDSCAPE DETAIL
 INDICATES THAT THE HEDGES WILL BE 24 INCHES IN HEIGHT
 BUT THE SPECIFICATIONS ON THE PLANT LIST INDICATE AN 18
 INCH HEIGHT. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (E), HEDGES
 SHALL BE PLANTED AT LEAST 24 INCHES IN HEIGHT. IN
 ADDITIION, THE GREEN BUTTONWOOD USED AS A HEDGE TENDS
 TO BECOME VERY WOODY AFTER A FEW YEARS. PERHAPS
 COCOPLUM OR SIMPSON STOPPER MAY BE A BETTER CHOICE.
  
 6. PLACE A NOTE ON THE PLAN THAT STATES THAT IRRIGATION
 WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 7.REPEAT COMMENT: THE PROPOSED SIDEWALK ALONG THE
 NORTHWEST SIDE OF THE PARCEL DEAD-ENDS INTO A PARKING
 STALL. A SUITABLE CONNECTION SHALL BE INSTALLED OR
 PEDESTRIANS SHOULD UTILIZE THE CITY SIDEWALK.
  
 8. SUBMIT A CERTIFED COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE
 TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR. IT
 SHALL BE BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
