 1. A CLASS B SPECIAL USE PERMIT (PARKING LOT AS
 PRINCIPAL USE) OR A UNITY OF TITLE WITH THE LOT TO THE
 NORTH WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 2. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND CIVIL PLAN ARE INCONSISTENT
 WITH RESPECT TO THE LOCATION OF THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM.
 THE CIVIL PLANS SHOWS BOTH BASINS WITHIN THE PAVED AREA
 AND THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS ONE BASIN IN THE PAVED
 AREA AND ONE IN AN AREA OF GRASS.
  
 3. A 3 FOOT TURNOUT NOTCH SHOULD BE PROVIDED ON THE
 WEST SIDE OF THE PARKING LOT.
  
 4. PLEASE ADD A NOTE INDICATING EACH SECTION OF "D"
 CURB. THE NOTE IS PRESENT ON ONE SECTION, BUT THE OTHER
 TWO SECTIONS ARE UNMARKED.
  
 5. THE MINIMUM DRIVE AISLE WIDTH IS 24 FEET. AS
 PROPOSED, THE WIDTH IS 48 FEET. IT IS SUGGESTED TO
 DECREASE THE WIDTH OF THE DRIVE AISLE TO REDUCE THE
 AMOUNT OF RUNOFF FROM THE SITE AS WELL AS INCREASE THE
 LANDSCAPE AREA.
  
 6. THE BACK OF THE WHEEL STOP IS REQUIRED TO BE 18
 INCHES FROM THE EDGE OF PAVEMENT, THE DETAIL PROVIDED
 SHOWS THE 18 INCHES MEASURED FROM THE FRONT OF THE
 WHEEL STOP. PLEASE REVISE YOUR DETAIL ACCORDINGLY.
