 1. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE EXISTING HEDGE THAT IS TO
 REMAIN. IT SHALL BE OF THE SAME SPECIES AND MUST MEET
 THE FLORIDA #1 GRADE REQUIREMENTS OR IT NEEDS TO BE
 REMOVED AND REPLACED.
  
 2. THE PROPOSED FENCE ALONG THE SOUTHEAST PROPERTY LINE
 SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY LINE. OTHERWISE, THE
 LANDSCAPING CANNOT BE MAINTAINTED. THE PROPOSED HEDGES
 LOCATED ALONG THE SOUTHEAST, WEST AND NORTHWEST
 PERIMETER OF THE SITE SHALL BE INSTALLED IN CLOSE
 PROXIMITY TO THE PROPERTY LINE WITH SOD OR GROUND COVER
 TO BE PLANTED BETWEEN THE HEDGE AND PARKING LOT.
  
 3. THE PROPOSED FENCE AND HEDGE ADJACENT TO AUSTRALIAN
 AVENUE SHALL BE LOCATED ALONG THE INSIDE PERIMETER OF
 THE LANDSCAPE AREA. THE FENCE SHALL BE ADJACENT TO THE
 PARKING LOT WITH THE HEDGE PLANTED ALONG THE STREET
 SIDE OF THE FENCE.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3), OFF-STREET
 PARKING LOTS CONTAINING AT LEAST 12 INTERIOR PARKING
 SPACES SHALL CONTAIN LANDSCAPE AREAS. THE SHADE TREES
 SHALL BE LOCATED IN SUCH A MANNER TO PRODUCE MAXIMUM
 OVERHEAD CANOPY FOR THE VEHICLES.
  
 5. THE TOTAL WIDTH OF THE PARKING LOT SHALL BE LIMITED
 TO 60 FEET. THAT WILL ALLOW TWO PARKING ROWS 18 FEET IN
 DEPTH WITH 24 FEET BETWEEN. THE BALANCE OF THE AREA
 SHALL BE CONVERTED INTO GREEN SPACE WITH BOTH PERIMETER
 LANDSCAPE STRIPS BEING ENLARGED.
  
 6. LAUREL OAKS HAVE A LIMITED LIFE SPAN IN RELATION TO
 LIVE OAKS. THE SECOND ALTERNATIVE SHALL BE CONSIDERED.
  
 7. A NOTE ON THE LANDSCAPE DETAIL INDICATES THAT THE
 HEDGES WILL BE 24 INCHES IN HEIGHT BUT THE
 SPECIFICATIONS ON THE PLANT LIST INDICATE AN 18 INCH
 HEIGHT. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (E), HEDGES
 SHALL BE PLANTED AT LEAST 24 INCHES IN HEIGHT. IN
 ADDITIION, THE GREEN BUTTONWOOD USED AS A HEDGE TENDS
 TO BECOME VERY WOODY AFTER A FEW YEARS. PERHAPS
 COCOPLUM OR SIMPSON STOPPER MAY BE A BETTER CHOICE.
  
 8. THIS PARCEL IS PART OF THE TURQUOISE NECKLACE
 PROJECT AND WILL NEED TO INSTALL THE REQUIRED WALKWAY,
 SOD, IRRIGATION AND LANDSCAPING ALONG THE LAKE.
  
 9. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN
 SPACE AREAS SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS. GRASS AREAS
 SHALL BE SODDED.
  
 10.PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4)(G)(3), AUTOMATIC
 IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE USED FOR THE CULTIVATED
 LANDSCAPE AREAS FOR ALL PROPERTIES. THIS INCLUDES THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 11.THE PROPOSED SIDEWALK ALONG THE NORTHWEST SIDE OF
 THE PARCEL DEAD-ENDS INTO A PARKING STALL. A SUITABLE
 CONNECTION SHALL BE INSTALLED OR PEDESTRIANS SHOULD
 UTILIZE THE CITY SIDEWALK.
