 1) INFORMATIONAL: WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE
 INDICATE THE REVISION & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 2). NOTE: 713.13(6) THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT AT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST
 INSPECTION.
  
 3) INFORMATIONAL: PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST
 TIME REVIEW) AFTER JULY 1ST, 2004 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO
 THE 2004 FBC BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS. THIS
 INFORMATION SHALL BE INDICATED ON THE PLANS.
  
 4) NOW THE PATIO IS BEING ENCLOSED A FLOOR PLAN SHALL
 BE SUBMITTED SHOWING THE USE OF EACH ROOM WITHIN THE
 STRUCTURE SPECIFICALLY THE SLEEPING ROOMS. EVERY
 SLEEPING ROOM SHALL HAVE AT LEAST ONE OPERABLE
 EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENING. NOTE: THE
 EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENING SHALL BE PERMITTED
 TO OPEN INTO A SCREEN ENCLOSURE, (NOT AN ENCLOSED ROOM)
 OPEN TO THE ATMOSPHERE, WHERE A SCREEN DOOR IS PROVIDED
 LEADING AWAY FROM THE RESIDENCE. R310.1. SEE THE
 DEFINITION OF SCREEN ENCLOSURE CHAPTER 2. SHOW
 COMPLIANCE.
  
 5) WILL THE DOOR LEADING TO THE EXISTING PATIO BE
 RELOCATED? THE DRAWINGS OF THE NEW WINDOWS SHOW THEM
 OPENING ABOVE AND BELOW THE 1X4 MULLION, IS THIS HOW
 THE WINDOWS WILL BE INSTALLED? THE PERSON WHO IS
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DRAWINGS SHALL SIGN AND PRINT HIS/
 HER NAME ON EACH SHEET. BUILDING PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN
 TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE 106.1.3*.
  
 6) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND A COPY
 OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION.

 7) PROVIDE A LETTER OF APPROVAL FROM THE BEAR ISLAND
 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD FOR
 THE PROPOSED PROJECT.
