 FOUNDATION PERMIT ONLY
  
 1) APPROVED TREE ALTERATION PERMIT WITH MITIGATION
 MEASURES REQUIRED PRIOR TO FOUNDATION APPROVAL. PLEASE
 COORDINATE WITH LANDSCAPE PLANNER ROBERT KUSSNER AT
 822-1435.
 2) ON C-6, PORTION OF SIDEWALK INDICATES 2% SLOPE
 TRANSITIONING TO 7.5% SLOPE. A SECTION MUST BE PROVIDED
 THROUGH THIS AREA AND/OR ALL SIMILAR CONDITIONS FOR
 REVIEW. PUBLIC SIDEWALKS SHALL BE CONSISTENT IN SLOPE
 AND POSE NO HAZARD TO PEDESTRIANS OR THOSE WITH
 DISABILITIES. SIGNIFICANT SLOPES CAN BE PROBLEMATIC FOR
 THOSE IN WHEELCHAIRS.
 3) ON C-9, ALL UTILITY METERS SHALL BE LOCATED OUT OF
 SIDEWALK AREA, INCLUDING IRRIGATION AND SPRINKLER
 CONNECTIONS. THE SIDEWALK SHALL BE FREE AND CLEAR FOR
 ITS FULL WIDTH (SEE EAST END OF BUILDING).
 4) ON C-9, WEST END OF BUILDING: CAN WALL-MOUNTED FDC
 BE RELOCATED TO BUILDING INSET AREA SO THAT IT DOES
 STICK OUT DIRECTLY INTO SIDEWALK PATH OF TRAVEL? (WOULD
 BE SHIFTED SLIGHTLY TO EAST).
 5) ON S1.01 - CONFIRM THAT ALL FOOTINGS AND SLABS ARE
 LOCATED WITHIN THE PROPERTY LIMITS. ANY STRUCTURAL
 ELEMENTS WHICH EXTEND INTO RIGHT-OF-WAY (STREET OR
 ALLEY) WILL REQUIRE EASEMENTS.
 6) ON SL-1, CONSTRUCTION FENCE PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED
 FOR SITE.
 7) ON SL-1, PLANS INDICATE PARTIAL CLOSURE OF ALLEY.
 PLEASE COORDINATE WITH ENGINEERING SERVICES AS A
 REVOCABLE PERMIT OR OTHER TEMPORARY PERMIT MAY BE
 NECESSARY TO CLOSE THE ALLEY DURING CONSTRUCTION.
