 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1) PURSUANT TO THE FINAL ORDER ISSUED BY THE ZONING
 BOARD OF APPEALS (ZBA) ON JANUARY 8, 2009, THE
 FOLLOWING ITEMS SHALL BE ADDRESSED:
  
 1A) PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT, THE
 APPLICANT SHALL OBTAIN APPROVAL FROM THE CITY???S
 ENGINEERING SERVICE DEPARTMENT INDICATING THAT THE
 PROPOSED MECHANICAL PLATFORM WILL NOT NEGATIVELY AFFECT
 THE RETENTION CAPACITY OF THE ADJACENT RETENTION POND.
 ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR SUCH DETERMINATION SHALL BE
 PROVIDED BY THE APPLICANT.
  
 1B) UPON SUBMITTAL OF A BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION FOR
 THE TOWER EXTENSION, A LANDSCAPE PLAN, SIGNED AND
 SEALED BY A REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, SHALL BE
 PROVIDED IDENTIFYING THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1BI) REMOVAL OF ALL PROHIBITED SPECIES FROM THE ENTIRE
 PROPERTY; AND
  
 1BII) REPLACEMENT OF ALL LANDSCAPING ON THE ENTIRE
 PROPERTY THAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED OR REMOVED SINCE
 DEVELOPMENT OF THE SITE. SUCH LANDSCAPING SHALL
 INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO TREES AND SHRUBS; AND
  
 1BIII) INSTALLATION OF SCREENING AROUND THE BASE OF THE
 COMMUNICATIONS TOWER.
  
 2) PURSUANT TO THE PLANS APPROVED BY THE ZBA, THE
 EQUIPMENT COMPOUND IS TO BE ENCLOSED BY AN EIGHT (8)
 FOOT HIGH WOOD FENCE WITH BARBED WIRE. THIS WAS TO
 APPLY TO THE NEW EQUIPMENT COMPOUND, AS WELL AS
 REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING CHAINLINK FENCE WITH A WOOD
 FENCE. ALL GATES WERE TO BE WOOD AS WELL. THE PROPOSED
 PLANS SHOW A CHAIN-LINK FENCE WITH WOOD SLATS. THE WOOD
 FENCE IS REQUIRED...SLATS SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED. IF
 NECESSARY, PLEASE CONTACT ME REGARDING CLARIFICATION OF
 THIS COMMENT.
  
 3) THE PARENT TRACT DETAIL ON SHEET 3 OF 8 SHOWS THE
 TOWER HEIGHT AT 127 FEET...ALL OTHER REFERENCES
 INDICATE 123 FEET. PLEASE CLARIFY AND ADJUST
 ACCORDINGLY.
