 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1) INFORMAL SITE PLAN REVIEW APPLICATION MUST BE
 APPROVED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT. AS
 PER DISCUSSIONS WITH WACHOVIA, THERE ARE FEW
 OUTSTANDING ISSUES THAT ARE BEING RESOLVED WITH THE
 CITY???S ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
  
 2) PURSUANT TO COMMENTS ISSUED AT THE PLANS AND PLATS
 REVIEW COMMITTEE (PPRC), THE CITY???S CRIME PREVENTION
 OFFICER IS REQUESTING THAT THE OFFICE WALLS FACING THE
 LOBBY BE CLEAR GLASS TO ALLOW OBSERVATION OF CUSTOMERS
 ENTERING/EXITING THE FACILITY.
  
 3) THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE SHOWN ON SHEET A14 DOES NOT
 MATCH THAT SHOWN ON SHEET C-6, NOR DOES IT MEET THE
 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-444(B) OF THE
 CITY???S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
 (ZLDRS). PLEASE ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE PROPOSED SATELLITE
 DISH (I.E. HEIGHT, ETC.). PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-304(F)
 OF THE CITY???S ZLDRS, PROPERTY SCREENING NEEDS TO BE
 PROVIDED TO ELIMINATE OFF-PREMISE VIEW OF THE
 STRUCTURE. IF THE PARAPET DOES NOT COMPLETELY SCREEN
 THE STRUCTURE, ADDITIONAL SCREENING WHICH IS
 ARCHITECTURALLY HARMONIOUS WITH THE BUILDING SHALL BE
 PROVIDED.
