 SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT TO EXCEED $500.00. IN ADDITION TO
 THE ABOVE, A LICENSED CONTRACTOR WHO VIOLATES THIS
 SECTION SHALL BE SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINE PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 113 OF THIS CHAPTER.
