 1) THE CITYPLACE "APPROVED" STAMP IS REQUIRED ON THE
 AWNING COLOR SHEET.
  
 2) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES THAT AWNINGS
 MUST PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF EIGHT (8) FEET OF CLEARANCE
 BETWEEN THE FLOOR AND THE LOWEST POINT OF THE AWNING.
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE HEIGHT INFORMATION.
  
 3) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES THAT AWNINGS
 ON THE SECOND FLOOR SHALL PROJECT THREE (3) FEET FROM
 THE BUILDING FACADE. THE AWNING IS SHOWN PROJECTING 7'
 3-1/2" FROM THE BUILDING FACADE.
  
 4) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES THAT BOTH
 SIDES OF A SHED AWNING MUST BE OPEN. UNABLE TO TELL
 FROM DRAWINGS IF THE END OF THE AWNING NOT AFFIXED TO
 THE WALL IS OPEN. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION.
  
 5) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN DOES NOT ALLOW
 VALANCES ON SECOND STORY AWNINGS. UNABLE TO TELL FROM
 THE DRAWINGS IF AWNING HAS VALANCES. PLEASE PROVIDE
 INFORMATION.
  
 6) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN ALLOWS VARIANCES FROM
 THE PROVISIONS OF 2, 3, 4 & 5 ABOVE. PROVIDE A
 NOTARIZED LETTER FROM CITYPLACE THAT THEY HAVE GRANTED
 THE SPECIFIC VARIANCES NEEDED TO CONSTRUCT THE PROPOSED
 AWNINGS OR REVISE AWNINGS TO ADHERE TO THE CITYPLACE
 MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIREMENTS.
