 1. PLEASE RESPOND TO ALL COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 2. THE SITE PLAN AND PAVING AND DRAINAGE PLAN ARE
 INCONSISTENT REGARDING THE NORTH END OF THE PARKING
 LOT, ADJACENT TO THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE. ALL PLANS MUST
 BE CONSISTENT.
  
 3. THE PROPOSED DOUBLE SIDED CARSTOPS ARE NOT PERMITTED
 BY CITY CODE. THEY MUST BE ANGLED ON ONLY ONE SIDE.
  
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE SOD AND IRRIGATION IN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT TO WENONA PLACE.
  
 5. IN ADDITION TO THE TREES, ALL SHRUBS SHALL BE
 PLANTED AT OR SLIGHTLY ABOVE GRADE. MULCH SHALL BE
 APPLIED TO A DEPTH OF (3) INCHES OUTSIDE OF THE ROOT
 BALL WITH LESS THAN (1) INCH OF MULCH SHALL BE APPLIES
 OVER THE ROOTBALL.
  
 6. SILT FENCING IS SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN. A FENCE IS
 SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. UNLESS THIS IS A PERMANENT
 FENCE, IT SHOULD NOT BE SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. IF
 IT IS A PERMANENT FENCE, PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL. IN
 ADDIITION, IT MUST BE PLACED ALONG THE INTERIOR
 PERIMETER OF THE LANDSCAPE SETBACK ACJACENT TO WENONAH
 PLACE.
  
 7. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY TO
 DEMONSTRATE COMPLIENCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, IINCLUDING THE
 XERISCAPE POINTS.
  
 8. PLEASE SHOW THE PLANT BED LINES FOR ALL PLANTING
 AREAS.
  
 9. THE HEDGE BETWEEN THE PARKING LOT AND BUILDING IS
 NOT REQUIRED. INSTEAD, TIERED PLANTING SHALL BE
 INSTALLED ALONG THE SIDEWALK THE PERIMETER HEDGE ALONG
 THE NORTH AND EAST SIDES OF THE PARKING LOT CAN BE
 PLANTED ALONG THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 10. THE PERIMETER TREES SHALL BE REORIENTED IN ORDER TO
 PROVIDE A TREE AT THE TERMINUS OF EACH PARKING ROW (ALL
 FOUR CORNERS). ONE PROPOSED TREE IS SHOWN INSIDE OF THE
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.
