 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.

 2) PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW) AFTER
 JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2004 FBC
 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS.
  
 3) SUBMIT A PROPOSED AND AN EXISTING FLOOR PLAN OF THE
 SPACE. THESE DRAWING SHALL SHOW ALL AREAS WHERE WORK
 SHALL BE PERFORMED. PROVIDE A WALL LEGEND INDICATING
 THE TYPE OF WALL TO BE CONSTRUCTED AND WHICH ONES WILL
 BE DEMOED. 2004 FBC 106.1.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE &
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED & SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, AND RULES AND REGULATIONS AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 4) NOTE: THE FLOOR PLANS SUBMITTED DO NOT MATCH WHAT WE
 HAVE ON RECORD. THEREFORE, IF WORK WAS CARRIED OUT AT
 THIS LOCATION WITHOUT PERMITS A FEE MAY BE APPLIED TO
 THIS PERMIT APPLICATION. IF THE OWNER CAN PROVIDE
 INFORMATION FROM THIS BUILDING DEPARTMENT REGARDING THE
 INTERIOR REMODEL OF THE STRUCTURE, THERE WILL BE NO
 FEE.
  
 5) FBC 106: THE PLANS SUBMITTED SHALL BE OF DRAFTSMAN
 QUALITY AND SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE.
 SUBMIT TWO COMPLETE SETS OF PLANS PREPARED BY A DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL THAT IS REGISTERED WITH THE STATE OF
 FLORIDA. PLANS PREPARED BY A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL SHALL
 BEAR THE DESIGNER OFFICIAL SEAL, SIGNATURE AND DATE ON
 EACH SHEET. FLORIDA STATUTES 471 AND 481.
  
 6) FBC 108.4 ANY PERSON WHO COMMENCES ANY WORK ON A
 BUILDING, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL OR
 PLUMBING SYSTEM BEFORE OBTAINING THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL???S APPROVAL OR THE NECESSARY PERMITS SHALL BE
 SUBJECT TO A PENALTY OF 300 PERCENT OF THE USUAL PERMIT
 FEE IN ADDITION TO THE REQUIRED PERMIT FEES.
  
 7) FBC 313: MORE INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO SHOW THE
 TYPE OF DAY-CARE FACILITY AT THIS LOCATION. INDICATE
 THE NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS / CLIENTS WHO WILL RECEIVE
 CARE, MAINTENANCE AND SUPERVISION BY SOMEONE OTHER THAN
 THEIR RELATIVE OR LEGAL GUARDIAN. INDICATE THE OCCUPANT
 LOAD PER TABLE 1004, THE PROPOSE USE AND OCCUPANCY PER
 CHAPTER 3 AND THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION PER TABLE 601

 AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF
 ALTERATION PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF
 THIS CODE. THIS INFORMATION SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE
 PLANS.
  
 9) FBC 11-4.3. INDICATE THE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE
 BUILDING, THE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHALL. TO THE MAXIMUM
 EXTENT FEASIBLE, COINCIDE WITH THE ROUTE FOR THE
 GENERAL PUBLIC. THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO THE BUILDING SHOWS
 AT LEAST TWO STEPS, WHICH WILL NOT MEET THE ACCESSIBLE
 REQUIREMENT; SEE SECTION 11-4.8 FOR RAMP REQUIREMENTS.
 IF PARKING SPACES ARE PROVIDED; THE ACCESSIBLE SPACE
 SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE SHORTEST SAFELY ACCESSIBLE
 ROUTE OF TRAVEL FROM ADJACENT PARKING TO AN ACCESSIBLE

 10) FBC (EXISTING) 812.4.1.1 WHEN A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY
 GROUP IS MADE TO A HIGHER HAZARD CATEGORY (LOWER
 NUMBER) AS SHOWN IN TABLE 812.4.1, THE MEANS OF EGRESS
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 10 OF THE
 FBC. PROVIDE A LIFE SAFETY PLAN SHOWING THE MEANS OF
 EGRESS, EXIT ACCESS, EXIT, EXIT DISCHARGE AND THE DOORS
 WITH THE DIMENSIONS.
