 REVIEW UNDER 2004 FBC WITH 2007 REVISIONS.

 1- BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY TO VERIFY IF IMPACT
 FEES FOR CHANGE OF USE ARE REQUIRED. BRING BACK PALM
 BEACH COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 IF FEES ARE DUE. IF THIS WAS DONE BEFORE, PLEASE GET
 THE PLANS RE-STAMPED AND BRING COPY OF PAID RECEIPT. WE
 NEED THIS INFORMATION FOR RECORD KEEPING.

 2- ACCORDING TO PROPERTY APPRAISAL WEBSITE AERIAL VIEW
 OF THE BUILDING (SEE ATTACHED COPY) AND DEFINITION FOR
 BUILDING AREA ON CHAPTER SEC. 502 OF 2004 FBC THE
 BUILDING IS TO BE CONSIDERED AS ONE BUILDING. NEED TO
 PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION FOR ENTIRE BUILDING TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH:
 A) TOTAL BUILDING AREA ALLOWED ACCORDING TO THE
 BUILDING CONSTRUCTION TYPE. PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH TABLE 503 FBC 2004.
  
 *** MET WITH LUIS MARTINEZ & ROBERT BROWN. CALCULATIONS
 PROVIDED ARE OK TO CONSIDER THE WHOLE FLOOR FOR THE
 MOST RESTRICTIVE PROPOSED USE. THE ONLY THING REQUIRED
 AS EXPLAINED TO DON HORTON OVER THE TELEPHONE IS THE
 FOOTPRINT OF THE BUILDING SHOWING THE DIMENSIONS OF THE
 BUILDING, SPECIALLY THE OPEN ROOFED AREA BETWEEN THE
 TWO CONNECTED BUILDINGS.
  
 3- SHEET 2.1:
 A) LANDING ON EAST RAMP BY SINGLE ENTRY DOOR DOESN'T
 COMPLY WITH SEC. 11-4.8.4 FBC 2004. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 *** RESPONSE WAS OK FOR THE BREEZEWAY AREA, BUT THE
 COMMENT WAS REFERING TO THE EAST RAMP BY SINGLE ENTRY
 DOOR (ENTRY TO THE TRIFT SHOP). RESPONSE TO THE
 RAILINGS ON THE RAMP WHERE NOT REQUIRED BECAUSE THE
 RISE IS ONLY 4" IS OK, BUT THE LANDING BY THE DOOR
 NEEDS TO COMPLY WITH THE CITED SECTION.
  
 B) MANEUVERING CLEARANCES AT DOOR LEADING TO THE WOMEN
 TOILET ROOM DOESN'T COMPLY WITH FIGURE 25 OF CHAPTER 11
 FBC 2004. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS SHOWING COMPLIANCE.
  
 ***ONE WATER FOUNTAIN WAS PROVIDED. SHOW CLEARANCE
 DIMENSION ON FLOOR PLAN. REMEMBER ONLY WRITEN
 DIMENSIONS ARE TO FOLLOW, NOT SCALING PLANS.
  
 C) SHOW OVERALL BUILDING FOOTPRINT. COORDINATE WITH
 ITEM #2 ABOVE.
  
 *** OVERALL BUILDING FOOTPRINT WAS NOT PROVIDED FOR
 VERIFICATION.
  
 4- SHEET 5.1:
 A) PROVIDE COMPLETE TRUSS ENGINEERING PACKAGE. TRUSS
 PACKAGE NEED TO BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY
 THE ENGINEER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL TO THIS
 OFFICE.

 SCHEDULE: CLARIFY WHY SPACING FOR NAILS AT INTERMEDIATE

 NAILS AND THE SPACING WAS OK EXCEPT THAT ZONE 3 WAS
 MISSING INFORMATION. NOW, THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED
 NEED TO REVISE THE NAIL SPACING FOR ZONES 1, 2 AND 3.
 SEE TABLE 2304.9.1 OF 2004 FBC.
  
 5- SHEET 6.1:
 A) COMPONENTS AND CLADDING PRESSURES ZONES FOR WALLS
 SCHEDULE: CLARIFY WHY THE NAIL SPACING IS MORE CLOSER
 TOGETHER FOR ZONE 4 THAN FOR ZONE 5.
  
 *** TABLE WAS REVISED, BUT WIND EXPOSURE WAS CHANGED
 FROM C TO B ON SHEET 2.1. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH.
  
 B) STRUCTURAL DOOR BUCK DETAIL: SEE SUBMITTED PRODUCT
 APPROVAL AND REVISE DOOR BUCK DETAIL AS REQUIRED.

 C) TOILET ELEVATIONS: CLARIFY DIMENSION OF 33" AND 7"
 SHOWN BY THE MIRROR AND SINK SIDE. WHERE ARE THIS
 DIMENSIONS TAKEN FROM?. THEY DON'T WORK WITH SINK RIM
 HEIGHT EITHER. SEE COMMENTS ON PLANS. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.

 WITHSTAND 140MPH "SUSTAINED" WIND SPEED AS REQUIRED BY
 EXTERIOR LIGHT POLES NOTES #2 AND #5.

 B) PROVIDE SHOP DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR LIGHT

 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL TO THIS OFFICE.

 NAIL ENHANCING AT PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS. SEE

 ORIGINAL SEAL AN SIGNATURE IS PROVIDED AS WELL. REPORT
