 DOESN'T COMPLY WITH SEC. 11-4.22.3 FBC 2004. THERE IS
 NOT AN UNOBSTRUCTED TURNING SPACE COMPLYING WITH SEC.
 11-4.2.3.
  
 3- SPECIFY ALL DIMENSIONS ON WOMEN HANDICAPPED TOILET
 RESTROOM TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH ALL MINIMUM

 PROVIDES ACCESS TO THE WOMENS TOILET ROOM. THERE IS NO
 ENOUGH ROOM. ALSO, CHECK DOOR IN OFFICE NEXT TO THE

 PROPERTY APPRAISAL WEBSITE, THERE ARE THREE DIFFERENT
 BUILDING WITH THREE DIFFERENT ADDRESSES THAT ARE OWNED
 BY THE SAME OWNER. BUILDING WHERE WORK IS TAKEN PLACE
 IS THE 901 S. DIXIE HWY, NOT 915 S. DIXIE HWY. SEE
 ATTACHED COPY OF PROPERTY APPRAISAL AERIAL VIEW. REVISE
 ADDRESS ON PLANS AND PERMIT APPLICATION AS REQUIRED.
