 1. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 2. PROVIDE THE TOTAL NUMBER OF BUILDINGS AND SQUARE
 FOOTAGE OF EACH BUILDING IN YOUR WRITTEN RESPONSE.
  
 ALSO PROVIDE THE TOTAL NUMBER OF EXISTING PARKING
 SPACES (REGULAR AND HANDI-CAP) VERSUS THE PROPOSED
 NUMBER AFTER INSTALLATION OF DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.
  
 PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION 94-211(F)(1):
 PARKING AND LOADING STANDARDS. PARKING AND LOADING
 STANDARDS FOR NORTHWOOD MIXED USE DISTRICT BUILDING
 TYPE I SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:
  
 THERE SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF TWO OFF-STREET PARKING
 SPACES FOR EACH 1,000 SQUARE FEET OF COMMERCIAL OR
 RETAIL USE.
  
 3. THE PROPOSED DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE DOES NOT MEET THE
 MINIMUM REQUIRED DIMENSIONS. ANY DEVIATION FROM THESE
 DIMENSIONS SHALL BE APPROVED IN WRITING BY SANITATION
 AND THE ENGINEERING DEPT. AND PLANS SHALL BE STAMPED.
  
 PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION 94-444(B):
 OUTDOOR INCINERATORS, GARBAGE OR TRASH RECEPTACLES,
 FUEL OIL OR PROPANE TANKS, AND STORAGE RACKS SHALL NOT
 BE PERMITTED UNLESS APPROPRIATE SCREENING IS PROVIDED.
 SCREENING SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE
 CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY
 DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL. PLANS FOR THE LAYOUT OF TRASH
 RECEPTACLES SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MINIMUM
 REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN FIGURE XIV-3 (ATTACHED).
 CHAIN LINK ENCLOSURES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
  
 WALLS SHALL BE IRRIGATED AND LANDSCAPED WITH SHRUBS AND
 HEDGES PLANTED AT TWO (2) FEET INTERVALS. IS THERE
 EXISTING IRRIGATION ON SITE THAT WILL PROVIDE WATER TO
 PROPOSED LANDSCAPE SCREENING? IF SO, PLEASE INDICATE
 LOCATION OF EXISTING IRRIGATION ON PLANS AND DIRECTION
 OF WATER FLOW. IF NOT, IRRIGATION MUST BE INSTALLED AND
 SHOW LOCATION OF PROPOSED IRRIGATION ON PLANS.
  
 NOTE: THE SUBMITTAL OF THE REQUESTED INFORMATION MAY
 GENERATE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
