| MAXIMUM HEIGHT. IN NONRESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, NO FENCE, |
| HEDGE OR WALL SHALL EXCEED EIGHT FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN |
| THE REQUIRED SIDE AND REAR SETBACKS. FENCES AND WALL |
| SHALL NOT EXCEED 48 INCHES IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE |
| REQUIRED FRONT SETBACK. THE PROPOSED SIX (6) FOOT HIGH |
| FENCE IS WITHIN THE FRONT SETBACK, WHICH DOES NOT |
| COMPLY. ALSO, THERE IS AN EXISTING LANDSCAPE BUFFER |
| WITHIN THIS AREA, THE FENCE SHOULD BE INSTALLED ON THE |
| INTERIOR SIDE OF THE THAT BUFFER STARTING FROM THE EAST |
| SIDE OF THE PROPERTY LINE, STRAIGHT THROUGH TO THE |
