 1. PLEASE NOTE THAT PER THE APPROVED SEDONA COMMONS
 CPD, PRIOR TO APPLYING FOR THE FIRST BUILDING PERMIT,
 INCLUDING SITE PREPARATION, THE APPLICANT SHALL
 COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:
  
 A) SUBMIT A COPY OF THE RECORDED SEDONA COMMONS CPD
 PLAT TO THE ENGINEERING SERVICES AND PLANNING AND
 ZONING DEPARTMENTS.
  
 B) THE CONSTRUCTION SITE SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT PLAN
 THAT WAS SUBMITTED NEEDS TO BE APPROVAL BY THE CITY'S
 POLICE DEPARTMENT CRIME PREVENTION THROUGH
 ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN (CPTED) OFFICIAL, OFFICER KELLY
 TUCKER-CARSILLO (561) 822-1260.
  
 2. PLEASE NOTE THAT PER THE APPROVED SEDONA COMMONS CPD
 (ORDINANCE NO. 4166-08), THE EBR TURN LANE ONTO THE
 "RIGHT-IN/RIGHT-OUT ONLY" PROJECT ACCESS DRIVEWAY ON
 OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD, THE ACCESS POINT AND DRIVEWAY ON
 OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD, THE REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING
 ACCESS POINT AND DRIVEWAY ON OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD, AND
 ALL OTHER SITE IMPROVEMENTS ON TRACT "A" AS SHOWN ON
 THE SITE PLAN, SHALL BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO OBTAINING A
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY (CO) FOR THE FIRST BUILDING IN
 THE SEDONA COMMONS CPD. UP TO TODAY, THERE IS NO
 EVIDENCE THAT ANY OF THESE ITEMS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED.
  
 3. THE EQUIPMENT ENCLOSURE GATE APPROVED ON THE SITE
 PLAN IS 10 FEET WIDE. THE PROPOSED 12 FOOT WIDE GATE
 SHOWN ON THE PERMIT PLANS SHALL BE REVISED.
  
 4. THE GATES APPROVED ON THE SITE PLAN DO NOT MATCH
 THOSE PROPOSED IN STYLE OR MATERIAL. THE PROPOSED GATES
 REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OF A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 AMENDMENT.
  
 5. PROVIDE THE WALL AND GATE COLORS. THESE SHALL MATCH
 THE EXISTING BUILDINGS.
  
 6. SHEET C-2 LISTS A NUMBER OF UNBUILT BUILDINGS AS
 "EXISTING". THESE SHALL BE RELABELED AS "PROPOSED".
  
 7. PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE STORAGE AREA ROOF.
  
 8. NO EQUIPMENT MAY EXCEED THE WALL HEIGHT.
  
 9. ONLY THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS STAMPED APPROVED
 BY THE PLANNING & ZONING DEPARTMENT ARE TO BE USED IN
 THE PERMIT RESUBMITTAL (DO NOT INCLUDE THE UNSTAMPED
 SETS).
  
 10. ON THE SITE PLAN, HIGHLIGHT THE PORTION OF THE
 BRICK PATH THAT IS TO BE INSTALLED AS PART OF THIS
 PERMIT.
  
 11. ALL OF THE LANDSCAPE AROUND THE ENCLOSURE, FROM THE
 SOUTH OF THE EXISTING BUILDING TO THE DRIVE AISLES,
 SHALL BE INSTALLED AS PART OF THIS PERMIT.
