 PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THE CELL TOWER (FLAG POLE)
 AS WELL AS THE T-MOBILE EQUIPMENT ARE TO BE PART OF
 THIS PERMIT PACKAGE .THE COVER SHEET INDICATE THE SCOPE
 OF WORK TO INCLUDE THE INSTALLLATION OF NEW CONCEALMENT
 POLE WITH NEW CMU WALLED ENCLOSURE AND CONNECTIONS TO
 POWER AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS. THROUGHOUT THE PLANS
 PLANS INDICATE TO BE DESIGNED BY OTHERS, 100' CELL
 TOWER- FLAG POLE. THERE IS NO FOUNDATION NOR CELL TOWER
 INFORMATION WITHIN THIS SET OF PLANS, IS THIS TO BE
 PART OF THIS PERMIT? ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED.

 SCHEDULE OF PERMIT FEES. ON BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS OR
 ALTERATIONS REQUIRING A PERMIT, A FEE FOR EACH PERMIT
 SHALL BE PAID AS REQUIRED, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 SCHEDULE ESTABLISHED BY THE APPLICABLE GOVERNING
 AUTHORITY.

 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE

 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFRENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED

 AGAINST OVERTURNING, UPLIFT AND SLIDDING AND 1802.2.1
 QUESTIONABLE SOIL. WHERE THE SAFE-SUSTAINING POWER OF
 THE SOIL IS IN DOUBT, OR WHERE A LOAD-BEARING VALUE
 SUPERIOR TO THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS CODE IS CLAIMED, THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL REQUIRE THAT THE NECESSARY
 INVESTIGATION BE MADE. SUCH INVESTIGATION SHALL COMPLY
 WITH THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 1802.4 THROUGH 1802.6 .
