 1) MATERIAL AND COLOR SELECTIONS TO BE CONFIRMED BY
 J.GOLDBERG. PLANS INDICATED EXPOSED CMU WHICH WAS
 DISCUSSED TO BE STUCCO-COVERED.
 2) CONFIRM LOCATIONS OF ALL BACKFLOW PREVENTERS, FIRE
 CONNECTIONS SO THEY MAY BE LOCATED AWAY FROM
 CIRCULATION OR PRIMARY BUILDING ELEVATIONS (SOUTH
 ELEV).
 3) ON LP-1, CONFIRM ALL PLANTS LISTED ARE TO BE USED.
 COULD NOT FIND SOT ON PLAN. IS THIS SUPPOSED TO BE SPT?
 4) ON IR-1, CONFIRM IRRIGATION LINES WILL BE INSTALLED.
 IT IS NOT CLEAR FROM THIS DRAWING OR THE NOTES WHAT
 WILL HAPPEN WITH PRELIM PHASES (LINES SHOULD BE IN
 PLACE FOR PLANTERS).
 5) A 1/A-1.0 - ACCESS RAMP SECTION. CABLE RAILING IS
 INDICATED ON SOUTHERN SIDE OF RAMP UP. DO WE NEED THIS
 AT ALL? PLANTER PROVIDES BARRIER AND HANDRAIL IS
 PROVIDED ON NORTH SIDE, SO CABLING SHOULD NOT BE
 NECESSARY. CAN WE ELIMINATE THE CABLING AND HANDRAIL?
 IF NOT, JUST INSTALL HANDRAIL.
 6) A-1.1 - DURING TEMPORARY ACCESS PHASE, IT DOES NOT
 APPEAR THAT THERE WILL BE ENOUGH WHEELCHAIR MANEUVERING
 CLEARANCE WHEN BATHROOM DOORS ARE OPEN. ACCESS AREA IS
 OVER 5' WIDE, DOORS WILL BLOCK WHEN OPEN. PLEASE
 CONFIRM THIS MEETS ADA REQUIREMENTS.
 7) ON A-1.1, SCHEMATIC DRAWINGS SHOWED BATHROOM
 ENTRANCES RECESSED SO THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE DIRECTLY
 VIEWED FROM EXTERIOR. PLANS SHOW DOORS OPENING DIRECTLY
 TO THE OUTSIDE. CAN THE PLANS BE REVISED TO SHOW
 ORIGINAL SCHEMATIC DESIGN, WITH SOME MODIFICATION? THIS
 CREATES A BETTER SOUTH BUILDING ELEVATION.
 8) ON CABLE RAIL DETAILS, RAIL SYSTEM SHOULD NEVER
 TERMINATE INTO BUILDING ELEVATION. IT SHOULD ALWAYS
 TERMINATE INTO VERTICAL STEEL SUPPORT WITH TIE-OFF.
 DETAILS SEEM TO SHOW THIS, BUT JUST CONFIRM.
 9) A-5.0 - ALUM DOWNSPOUT INDICATED WITH HORIZONTAL
 STRUTS CONNECTING TO MAIN BUILDING. WHAT IS THE DETAIL
 FOR THE CONNECTION TO THE BUILDING? CONFIRM STRUTS
 ALIGN WITH STRUCTURAL GRID.
 10) NOTE FOR ALL PLANTERS THAT ALL CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS
 SHALL BE REMOVED PRIOR TO FILLING WITH SOIL.
 11) S-1 -CONNECTION FROM DOWNSPOUT TO BUILDING NOT
 SHOW. (SEE NOTE #7).
 12) S-1A - FOUNDATION NOTES ARE INCOMPLETE: ELEVATION
 100'-0" IS X.XX NGVD. WHAT IS X.XX?
 13) TREE ALTERATION PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 ENTIRE CITY COMMONS SITE. PLANNING STAFF WILL
 COORDINATE WITH THE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT. CONTACT ROBERT
 KUSSNER, LANDSCAPE PLANNER, AT 822-1435.
 14) ON SP-1, AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE VISITOR
 CENTER, WHAT IS THE TRANSITION FROM THE LANDSCAPED AREA
 TO THE EXISTING PAVERS? THERE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE ANY
 HEADER CURB OR OTHER EDGE. ALSO, THE SHAPE OF THIS
 LANDSCAPE AREA CHANGES BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT PLANS.
 CONFIRM THE ACTUAL LIMITS.
 15) OTHER LANDCAPE COMMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED THROUGH
 SEPARATE LANDSCAPE REVIEWER.
