 PURSUANT TO SECTION 303,304 AND 305 OF THIS CODE.

 3) THE LIVE/ WORK LOFT, IS THIS A MEZANINE AS INDICATED
 IN THE FIRE SPRINKLER PLAN. SEE AATTACHMENT OF HOW TO
 CALCULATE THE ALLOWABLE FLOOR AREA WHEN WALLS ARE ADDED
 BENEATH THE MEZZANINE LEVEL. SECTION 505.2.AREA OF
 MEZZANINE . THE AGGREGATE AREA OF A MEZZANINE OR
 MEZZANINES WITHIN A ROOM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE-THIRD OF
 THE AREA OF THAT ROOM OR SPACE IN WHICH THEY ARE
 LOCATED. THE ENCLOSED PORTIONS OF ROOMS SHALL NOT BE
 INCLUDED IN A DETERMINATION OF THE SIZE OF THE ROOM IN
 WHICH THE MEZZANINE IS LOCATED. IN DETERMINING THE
 ALLOWABLE MEZZANINE AREA, THE AREA OF THE MEZZANINE
 SHALL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE AREA OF THE ROOM. WITH THE
 ADDITIONAL WALLS BELOW THE MEZANINE THE ALLOWABLE SPACE
 IS DECREASED FOR THE MEZZANINE LEVEL.
