 5) IF THERE IS A FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM IN THE BUILDING
 PLEASE STATE THIS INFORMATION ON THE DRAWINGS. NOW THE
 SPACE IS BEING ALTERED, THE DRAWINGS NEED TO SHOW THE
 LOCATIONS OF THE SPRINKLER HEADS IN RELATION TO THE NEW
 CONSTRUCTED ROOMS. THE SPRINKLER HEADS CAN BE SHOWN ON
 THE REFLECTED CEILING PLANS. FBC 106.3.5.1.1(5) FS

 6) SHEET A1.2 DETAIL D9 BREAK SINKS: 11-4.24.2 SINKS,
 HEIGHT. SINKS SHALL BE MOUNTED WITH THE COUNTER NO
 HIGHER THAN 34" ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR. 11-4.24.3 KNEE
 CLEARANCE THAT IS AT LEAST 27" HIGH 30" WIDE, AND 19"
 DEEP SHALL BE PROVIDED UNDERNEATH SINKS. 11-4.24.5
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE AT LEAST 30
 INCHES BY 48 INCHES COMPLYING WITH SECTION 11-4.2.4
 SHALL BE PROVIDED IN FRONT OF A SINK TO ALLOW FORWARD
 APPROACH. THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE SHALL BE ON AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE AND SHALL EXTEND A MAXIMUM OF 19
 INCHES UNDERNEATH THE SINK TYPE OF FAUCETS 11-4.24.7
 ETC. THE MICROWAVE SHALL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 11-4.27: THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE 11-4.27.2: THE HEIGHT OF
 THE EQUIPMENT 11-4.27.3 AND THE OPERATION CONTROLS
 11-4.27.4. SHOW COMPLIANCE.
  
 7) SHEET A2.2 FLOOR TRANSITION. 11-4.5.2 CHANGES IN
 LEVEL GREATER THAN 1/2 INCH SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED BY
 MEANS OF A RAMP THAT COMPLIES WITH 11-4.7 OR 11-4.8.
 CHANGES IN LEVEL BETWEEN 1/4 INCH AND 1/2 INCH SHALL BE
 BEVELED WITH A SLOPE NO GREATER THAN 1:2[SEE FIGURE
 7(D)]. IF CARPET OR TILE IS USED ON A GROUND OR FLOOR
 SURFACE, THE MAXIMUM PILE THICKNESS SHALL BE 1/2 INCH.
 11-4.5.3. THE 9/16 INCH TRANSITION STRIP IS GREATER
 THAN 1/2 INCH.
  
 8) SHEET A2.1: 715.3 THE DOOR SCHEDULE NEED TO STATE
 THE PROTECTION RATING OF NUMBER 2 IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 TABLE 715.3. THE GLAZING LOCATED BETWEEN ROOMS 300 AND
 301 SHALL BE TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH NFPA 257,
 INCLUDING, THE HOSE STREAM TEST, IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 715.4. PROVIDE THE MANUFACTURE INFORMATION FOR THE
 GLAZING IN THE FIRE WALL. FIRE-PROTECTION-RATED GLAZING
 SHALL BEAR A LABEL OR OTHER IDENTIFICATION SHOWING THE
 NAME OF THE MANUFACTURE, THE TEST STANDARD AND THE FIRE
 PROTECTION RATING. THIS INFORMATION SHALL BE

 FIRE-PROTECTION-RATED GLAZING INSTALLED IN FIRE
 ASSEMBLIES IN AREAS SUBJECT TO HUMAN IMPACT IN
 HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS SHALL COMPLY WITH CH. 24.
  
 9) PROVIDE DETAIL INFORMATION FOR THE STRUCTURAL
 FRAMING OF THE SOFFITS IN THE LOBBY AND ENTRY AREAS.
