 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 2) FL S S 713.13 NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT, TO BE FILED
 WITH THE CLERK OF THE COURT. NOTE: 713.13(2) IF THE
 WORK DESCRIBED IN THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT IS NOT
 ACTUALLY COMMENCED WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER THE RECORDING
 THEREOF, SUCH NOTICE IS NULL & VOID. NOTE: 713.13(6)
 THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AT THE
 CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST INSPECTION.
  
 3) INFORMATIONAL: PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST
 TIME REVIEW) AFTER JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO
 THE 2004 FBC BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS. THIS
 INFORMATION SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
  
 4) THE DRAWINGS FAIL TO INDICATE THE TYPE OF BUILDING
 PER CHAPTER 6, THE USE AND OCCUPANCY PER CHAPTER 3 AND
 TABLE 503.
  
 5) SHEET A1 SHOWS ONE OPEN SPACE FOR THE RETAIL STORE.
 THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE SPACE REQUIRES TWO EXITS. FBC
 1014.2.1 (EXCEPTION #2) THE SEPARATION DISTANCE OF THE
 EXIT DOORS OR EXIT ACCESS DOORS SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN
 ONE-THIRD OF THE LENGTH OF THE MAXIMUM OVERALL DIAGONAL
 DIMENSION OF THE AREA SERVED. THE LOCATION OF THE DOORS
 DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENT. SHOW COMPLIANCE.
  
 6) THE ORIGINAL PERMIT SHEET A1.1 REVISION #6 DATED
 9-16-08 SHOWS TWO SEPARATE RETAIL SPACES AT THE SAME
 LOCATION. THE DOORS WERE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TENANT
 SEPARATION WALL FOR SPACE #1.101 AND SPACE #1.102. THE
 PLANS SUBMITTED DO NOT MATCH THE PERMIT SET; THE
 SEPARATION WALL IS REMOVED, INDICATING ONE TENANT. A
 REVISION OF SHEET A1.1 SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR THE
 ORIGINAL PERMIT SET INDICATING THE REMOVAL OF THE WALL
 WHICH ONCE SEPARATED THE TWO TENANTS.
