 1) NOTE: PLEASE BE SURE THE FOLLOWING CODES ARE LISTED
 AT A MINIMUM. 2ND REQUEST.

 THE ELECTRICAL PLANS DO NOT STATE ANY CODES.
  
 2) NOTE: PLEASE SEE PREVIOUS REVIEW COMMENTS WITH
 RESPECT TO PERMIT APPLICATION. THERE IS NOW A STATEMENT
 ON PERMIT APPLICATION WHICH STATES * FEE SIMPLE TOWN
 HOUSES*. HOWEVER IF THESE ARE INDEED FEE SIMPLE THEN
 SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION, SITE/SURVEY, PLANS,
 SEPARATE FEES ETC WOULD BE REQUIRED FOR EACH UNIT ALONG
 WITH NEW ADDRESSES FOR EACH.
 ** PLANS ON THE OTHER HAND INDICATE THIS AS A
 MULTI-UNIT BUILDING.
 ** IF THIS IS A MULTI-UNIT BUILDING AS MULTI-FAMILY, OR
 CONDO TYPE THEN NO SEPARATE METER SERVICE IS PERMITTED
 FOR EACH UNIT. THIS CAN ONLY HAVE ONE SERVICE.
 IF THIS IS FEE SIMPLE AS STATES ALL MUST BE UNDER
 SEPARATE PERMITS.
 IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP IN MIND THAT ANY CHANGE IN THE
 ADOPTED CURRENT CODES WOULD AFFECT ALL UNITS NOT
 APPLIED FOR PERMIT BEFORE THE ADOPTION OF ANY NEW
 CODES.
 THE BUILDING CODE HAS SINCE CHANGED FROM THE ORIGINAL
 PERMIT APPLICATION AS OF MARCH 1ST, 2009.
 THE BUILDING MAY NOT BE *MASTERED* AS ALL PERMIT
 APPLICATION MUST BE MADE BEFORE CODE CHANGES. PLEASE
 KNOW THAT THE ELECTRICAL CODE MAY ALSO BE CHANGING TO
 THE 2008 NFPA-70 IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF MONTHS. THIS
 WILL GREATLY AFFECT THE DESIGN.
  
 ** ALL OF THE ABOVE WAS NOTED ON THE PREVIOUS REVIEW
 WITH RESPECT TO THE CODE CHANGING.
 ** BASED ON NO PERMIT APPLICATIONS MADE TO AN *FEE
 SIMPLE UNITS*, THE DESIGN WILL NOW FALL UNDER THE NEXT
 CODE CYCLE.

 OR LOCATIONS. STRUCTURE COULD HAVE BUILDING STEEL AS
 WELL AS FOOTER STEEL.
  
 5) NOTE: PLEASE SEE THE MINIMUM VA FOR LAUNDRY/WASHER
 CIRCUIT SHALL BE 1500VA MINIMUM PER 220.52.
 CALCULATIONS ONLY INDICATE 1200VA
  
 6) NOTE: PLEASE SEE PLANS WHICH INDICATE A METER AND A
 MAIN DISCONNECT OUTSIDE HOWEVER THE RISER DOES NOT
 INDICATE ANY MAIN OUTSIDE?
 PLEASE SEE PREVIOUS NOTES AND THIS NOTE REPEATED AS
 THERE CAN BE NO MORE THAN 8FT OF UNPROTECTED CONDUCTORS
 INSIDE THE BUILDING.

 THIS MAY CHANGE BASED ON THE TYPE OF BUILDING IN WHICH
 IS WILL BECOME. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT IF THERE ARE

 7) NOTE: FROM PREVIOUS NOTES, DEPENDING ON THE ACTUAL
 SERVICE IT CAN BE DETERMINED AT THIS TIME WHAT TYPE OF
 ELECTRICAL SERVICE WILL BE NEEDED.
  
 8) NOTE: PREVIOUS REVIEW COMMENT: SHOW ALL CONTINUOUS
 LOADS AT 125% PER 422.13. THE 2005 NEC WAS UPDATED TO
 CHANGE THIS. PLEASE READY COMMENTARY AT 422.13.
  
 10) NOTE: PLEASE SEE 422.17 FROM PREVIOUS REVIEW. THE
 PLANS WERE UPDATED TO INCLUDE A NOTE HOWEVER KEEP IN
 MIND THE CODE REQUIRES MINIMUM CLEARANCE. THE NOTE ON
 PLANS SIMPLY STATES NOT AGAINST EQUIPMENT WHICH IS NOT
 ADEQUATE.
  
 11) NOTE: PLEASE SEE PREVIOUS NOTES WITH RESPECT TO
 CIRCUITING THE BREAKFAST AREA/DINING ROOM RECEPTACLES.
 PLEASE SEE 210.52B1,210.11C1,220.52 FOR ONE OR MORE
 SMALL APPLIANCE CIRCUITS. WHERE IS BREAKFAST OR DINING
 ARE BEING FED FROM?
  
 12) NOTE: PLEASE SEE THE ELECTRICAL PANEL SCHEDULE ONLY
 INDICATES 15AMP 2-POLE FOR AIR HANDLER UNIT HOWEVER
 BASED ON THE MECHANICAL PLANS THE SIZE OF THE UNIT IS
 MUCH GREATER. IN FACT THE *MINIMUM* CIRCUIT AMPACITY IS
 60AMPS. PLEASE ALSO SEE THE M SHEETS STATES 10KW HEAT
 YET TH ELECTRICAL CALCULATIONS DO NOT INDICATE THIS
 LOAD. THE LOAD SHOWN IS WAY UNDER 10KW ON ELECTRICAL
 PLANS.
