 FIRST LEVEL BATH ROOM SHALL BE PLACED IN THE MIDDLE
 BETWEEN THE TWO SINKS OR A SECOND DEVICE WILL BE
 REQUIRED TO BE ADDED. AN OCCUPANT MAY NOT CROSS OVER
 ONE SINK TO PLUG IN ANY APPLIANCE.
  
 5) NOTE: PLEASE SEE 422.13 UNDER THE 2005 NEC AS THE
 WATER HEATER LOAD IS NOW CONSIDERED A CONTINUOUS LOAD
 AND NEEDS TO BE SHOWN AT 125%.
 THE PREVIOUS CODE REQUIRED THE SIZING FROM BRANCH
 CIRCUIT AND WIRING TO BE AT 125%, HOWEVER THE NEW
 CHANGE IS TO CARRY THE 125% LOAD FOR SIZING FEEDERS AND
 SERVICE.
 PLEASE ADJUST PLANS.
  
 6) NOTE: PLEASE SEE 210.52B1, 210.11C1 AND 220.53 FOR
 REQUIRED LOADS ON CIRCUITS FOR SMALL APPLIANCES, DINING
 AND BREAKFAST ROOM. THE OTHER TWO LOCATIONS CAN NOT BE
 CONFIRMED DUE TO NO CIRCUITING BEING SHOWN ON THE PLANS
 AT THIS TIME.
 PLEASE KNOW THAT THE ONE OR *MORE* CIRCUITS REQUIRE THE

 LAUNDRY SINK. THIS WAS A CHANGE IN THE 2005 NEC AND IS
 REQUIRED EVEN FOR DEDICATED CIRCUITS SUCH AS THE WASHER

 10) NOTE: RISER IS SHOWING AN EQUIPMENT GROUNDING
 CONDUCTOR FROM THE METER TO THE MAIN BREAKER PANEL
 WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED. THE CONDUCTOR IS ALSO SHOWN
 AS#5. THERE NO SUCH CONDUCTOR SIZE BASED ON THE AWG
 (AMERICAN WIRE GAUGE).

 OF A COUNTER SPACE. THE COUNTER SPACE NEXT TO THE RANGE
 TOWARDS THE SINK EXCEEDS THE 2FT.
  
 21) NOTE: THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER SHOWS A JUNCTION BOX
 FOR THE DOOR OPENER. IF THIS IS A HARDWIRED UNIT A
 DISCONNECT IS REQUIRED PER 422.30, 31.
 IF THIS IS GOING TO BE A PLUG IN TYPE UNIT USING THE
