 SMOLAK OF SCHICKEDANZ COMMUNITIES ABOUT HOW I WAS GOING
 TO PROCEED WITH ISSUING A FEW ADDRESSES FOR SOME OF THE
 STRUCTURES ALREADY BUILT FOR THE OAKTON COMMONS
 SUBDIVISION. THEY STILL ARE HAVING A PROBLEM GETTING
 THE PLAT RECORDED, BUT ROBERT BROWN HAS ACKNOWLEDGED TO
 ME THAT THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPARTMENT WILL
 REFRAIN FROM ISSUING ANY CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCIES
 UNTIL IT IS RECORDED. FOR THE CLUB HOUSE (CABANA & MAIL
 CENTER) LOCATED ON PCN# 74424320000005030, I HAVE
 ISSUED IT THE PRIMARY ADDRESS OF 8401 COCOPLUM SOUND
 LN. FOR THE FIVE TOWN HOME UNITS OF BUILDING 9 LOCATED
 ON PCN# 74424320000005010, I HAVE ISSUED THE SECONDARY
 ADDRESSES:
 2024 FOXTAIL VIEW CT (LOT 58 ON SITE PLAN), 2028
 FOXTAIL VIEW CT (LOT 57 ON SITE PLAN), 2032 FOXTAIL
 VIEW CT (LOT 56 ON SITE PLAN), 2036 FOXTAIL VIEW CT
 (LOT 55 ON SITE PLAN) & 2040 FOXTAIL VIEW CT (LOT 54 ON
 SITE PLAN). I SENT OUT THE NOTIFICATION E-MAILS TO ALL
 OF THE RELEVANT PARTIES (PAPA, USPS, FPL, ETC.) &
 CREATED THEIR CORRESPONDING RECORDS IN COMMUNITYPLUS.

 UPDATE ON 2-2-2009: BRIAN TERRY OF LAND DESIGN SOUTH
 GOT BACK TO ME & STATED THE SURVEYOR WAS WORKING ON
 PROCESSING THE RECORDED PLAT. HE MENTIONED THAT THE
 RECORDED PLAT SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO THE CITY WITHIN A
 WEEK. THE COUNTY NEEDS THIS PLAT FINALIZED BEFORE THEY
 CAN APPROVE MY REQUESTED NUMERICAL ADDRESSING RANGES
 FOR EACH STREET SEGMENT. ONCE THE PLAT HAS BEEN
 FINALIZED & THE STREET RANGES ARE APPROVED, THEN I CAN
 PROCEED WITH ADDRESSING THE UNITS/LOTS.

 UPDATE ON 1-22-2009: I & SEAN MACDONALD, THE ADDRESSING
 TECHNICIAN OF PALM BEACH COUNTY HAVE CLARIFIED AN ISSUE
 WITH ISABELLE (SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER) REGARDING THE
 INTERSECTION CONSISTING OF COCOPLUM SOUND LANE, FOXTAIL
 VIEW CIRLE & SAWTOOTH COURT. WE DECIDED THAT SAWTOOTH
 COURT & FOXTAIL VIEW CIRCLE WILL NOW BE RECOGNIZED AS
 ONLY ONE ROAD TO AVOID CONFUSION (INSTEAD OF TWO
 SEPARATE DISTINCT STREETS). THE STREET NAME OF FOXTAIL
 VIEW COURT (NOT CIRCLE) WILL BE RETAINED & SAWTOOTH
 COURT WILL BE DISCARDED (NOW THERE ARE NO LONGER FIVE
 NEW STREETS, BUT FOUR OF THEM.). THE FINALIZED FOUR
 ACCEPTED STREETS WITHIN THIS SUBDIVISION ARE: OAKTON
 PRESERVE WAY, SABAL TREE COURT, COCOPLUM SOUND LANE &
 FOXTAIL VIEW COURT. I HAVE DETERMINED FROM THE COUNTY'S
 ADDRESSING GRID THAT THIS SUBDIVISION LIES WITHIN ONE
 THAT HAS THE RANGE OF EAST TO WEST: 2000 TO 3000 &
 SOUTH TO NORTH: 8000 TO 9000. I HAVE E-MAILED A REQUEST
 TO DAVID HOGAN OF PALM BEACH COUNTY TO IMPLEMENT THE
 NUMERICAL ADDRESSING RANGES FOR EACH SEGMENT OF THESE
 FOUR STREETS. ONCE I GET THE THUMBS UP FROM MR. HOGAN,
 THEN I BEGIN ISSUING A SERIES OF NEW ADDRESSES FOR
 THESE UNITS/LOTS (OF EACH BUILDING) ON THE SITE PLAN.

 UPDATE ON 1/21/2009: I RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM
 ISABELLE ALARIE & SHE INFORMED ME THAT THE STREET THAT
 BUILDING #9 (CONSISTING OF FIVE UNITS) WILL BE
 REFERENCING FOXTAIL VIEW CIR. NOW I'M JUST IN THE
 PROCESS OF TRYING TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE
 NUMERICAL ADDRESSING RANGE FOR THIS PARTICULAR SEGMENT.
 FIY: THE FIFTH STREET NAME TO BE APPROVED WILL BE
 COCOPLUM SOUND LN (REPLACED THE REJECTED OAKTON SOUND).
 THEREFORE, THE FIVE APPROVED STREETS OF THIS PARTICULAR
 SUBDIVISION ARE: FOXTAIL VIEW CIR, SABAL TREE CT,
 SAWTOOTH CT, OAKTON PRESERVE WAY & COCOPLUM SOUND LN.

 1-20-2009: I TOOK A LOOK AT THE SITE PLANS & IT
 REFERENCED LOT 58, WHICH WAS ONE OF THE FIVE UNITS ON
 BUILDING #9 FOR THE NEW OAKTON PRESERVE SUBDIVISION.
 THESE FIVE UNITS WILL NOT BE ADDRESSED OFF OKEECHOBEE
 BLVD, AS THEY TAKE ACCESS OFF ONE OF THE PROPOSED
 STREETS THAT I & THE SENIOR PROJECT MANGER AT LAND
 DESIGN SOUTH, ISABELLE ALARIE HAVE BEEN NEGOTIATING
 ABOUT. THE FOLLOWING FOUR PROPOSED STREET NAMES
 (WITHOUT THEIR STREET SUFFIXES) HAS BEEN APPROVED:
 SABAL TREE CT, FOXTAIL VIEW CIR, SAWTOOTH CT & OAKTON
 PRESERVE WAY. THE FIFTH STREET NAME, OAKTON SOUND (AND
 CYPRESS SOUND) HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED, SO I HAVE
 REQUESTED ANOTHER PROSPECTIVE STREET NAME IN ITS PLACE.
 I HAVE SENT AN E-MAIL TO ISABELLE TO INQUIRE AS TO
 WHICH ONE OF THOSE FIVE PROSPECTIVE STREETS DOES
 BUILDING #9 TAKE ACCESS OFF. ALSO, I AM CURRENTLY IN
 THE PROCESS OF RESEARCHING THE ADDRESSING GRID FROM
 PALM BEACH COUNTY TO TRY TO ASCERTAIN OUT WHAT THE
 NUMERICAL ADDRESSING RANGE WILL BE FOR THIS PROPOSED
 STREET. WHEN I AM ABLE TO OBTAIN THE APPROPRIATE
 INFORMATION THAT I REQUIRE (PROPOSED STREET & NUMERICAL
 ADDRESSING RANGE), THEN I WILL PROCEED WITH ISSUING THE
 NEW ADDRESSES FOR THESE FIVE UNITS. UNTIL THEN, THIS
 PERMIT WILL REMAIN IN ITS SUSPENDED STATE.
