 2- NEED RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. 713.13 FLORIDA STATUTE.
 **NOTE: THIS MAY BE RECORDED AND SUBMITTED AT TIME OF
 PERMIT PICK UP.
  
 3- CLEARLY SPECIFY THE BREAKDOWN OF NEW AREAS IN
 ARCHITECTURAL PLANS (EG: GARAGE, PORCH AND NEW
 CONDITIONED SPACES) TO VERIFY RADON FEES AND PROPER
 VALUATION. SEC. 106.8 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 4- SPECIFY ATTIC ACCESS LOCATION AND SIZE AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R807 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 5- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) GARAGE DOOR. SEE PLANS.
 B) ROOF SHINGLES.
 C) OPERABLE ALUMINUM SHUTTERS. AND PROVIDE COMPLETE
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE. SEE ATTACHED SAMPLE. ALSO, MARK
 ON SHUTTER DRAWINGS SPECIFIC MOUNTING CONDITIONS AND
 ANCHOR TYPE AND SPACING TO BE USED.
 D) HARDIE BOARD SUBMITTED HAS A NOA AND A LEGACY
 REPORT. SPECIFY WHICH ONE IS GOING TO BE USED TO VERIFY
 INSTALLATION COMPLIANCE.
 E) HALF ROUND VENT SHOWN ON GABLE END. UNLESS SUCH VENT
 IS DECORATIVE ONLY.
  
 6- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY

 A) SPECIFY ALL DEAD LOADS AND ALL LIVE LOADS REQUIRED
 BY TABLE R301.5 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
 (INCLUDING ATTIC LIVE LOADS).
 B) SPECIFY THE OPENINGS DESIGN PRESSURES. DESIGN
 PRESSURES SHOWN ON SHEET A-2 DON'T CORRESPOND TO
 EXPOSURE "C". REVISE AND COORDINATE WITH INFORMATION ON
 SHEET A-2.
 C) CONNECTOR SCHEDULE: UPLIFT ACTUAL LOADS ON CONNECTOR
 "E" EXCEED THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 ALSO COORDINATE LOADS ON CONNECTOR "B" WITH THOSE LOADS
 SHOWN ON FRAMING PLANS.
 D) REVISE NAILING PATTERN SCHEDULE. ROOF ZONE 3
 REQUIRES 4"O.C. NAILS AT EDGES AND INTERMEDIATE. SEE
 SEC. R803.2.3.1.
 E) REVISE ROOF ZONE SHOWN ON GABLE END SKETCH. SEE
 FIGURE R301.2(8) OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
 F) REVISE SPACING FOR SUPPORTS OF W.W.F ON CONCRETE
 SLAB. 3'-0" SPACING. SEE SEC. R506.2.4 EXCEPTION #2.
 NOTE: REVISE THESE SPECS ON ALL BUILDING SECTIONS ALSO.
 G) REVISE SECTION SPECIFIED FOR THE BUILDING DESIGN.
 SEC. 1609 APPLIES TO OTHER BUILDINGS. 1 AND 2 FAMILY
 RESIDENCES ARE TO BE DESIGNED PER SEC. R301 OF 2004
 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 11- SHEET A-2:
 A) PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR GARAGE SWING DOOR LEADING
 TO THE LAUNDRY AREA TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FIRE RATING
 OF SEC. R309.1 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
 B) REVISE DESIGN PRESSURES AND EXPOSURE SHOWN ON DOORS
 AND WINDOWS. SEE ITEM 10 B ABOVE AND COORDINATE
