 REVIEW UNDER 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE WITH 2007
 REVISIONS.
  
 1- FENCES ARE DONE UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT. APPLY FOR
 THE FENCE PERMIT UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 2- SQUARE FOOTAGE SHOWN ON PLANS STAMPED BY PALM BEACH
 COUNTY FOR IMPACT FEES IS DIFFERENT. BRING PLANS TO
 PALM BEACH COUNTY TO UPDATE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE TO
 MATCH PROPOSED.
  
 3- PERMIT VALUATION WAS UPDATED AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 106.8 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004. THEREFORE OWES
 $237.60 FOR UPDATED VALUATION AND RADON FEES.
  
 4- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) PRECAST LINTELS.
 B) ALL SIMPSON CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
 C) ROOF TILE. NOA 03-0501.02 SUBMITTED IS EXPIRED. NEED
 CURRENT ONE.
  
 5- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 6- PROVIDE SOIL TEST REPORT AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R401.4
 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 7- SPECIFY HOW IS THE ROOF TILE ATTACHED AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. 106.1.1.2 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004. IF USING
 POLYFOAM, THEN PROVIDE THE CORRESPONDING PRODUCT
 APPROVAL.
  
 8- FLAT ROOF NAIL ENHANCING LETTER SUBMITTED CALLS FOR
 NAILS AT 5"O.C. THIS NAILING SPACING DOESN'T WORK FOR
 ZONE #3. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 ***ALSO, REVISE PERMIT NUMBER ON LETTER TO MATCH NEW
 PERMIT NUMBER.
  
 9- ENERGY CALCULATIONS:
 A) NEED TO COMPLETE INFORMATION ON TABLE 6C-2 ON BACK
 OF FORM.
 ***NOTE: TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION PERCENTAGE OF GLASS
 THAT IS ALLOWED.
  
 B) OWNER/AGENT TO SIGN AND DATE AT BOTTOM OF FORM.

 A) DOOR FROM GARAGE TO SLEEPING AREA IS NOT ALLOWED BY
 SEC. R309..1 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 B) REVISE SIZE OF MULLION SHOWN ON TYP. MULLION DETAIL
 TO MATCH SIZE SELECTED ON MULLION PRODUCT APPROVAL.
  
 C) REVISE STRUCTURAL NOTE #2 TO INCLUDE ALL DEAD LOADS
 AND LIVE LOADS, INCLUDING THE ATTIC LIVE LOADS AS

 CODE. CLEARLY SPECIFY TOP AND BOTTOM CHORDS LOADS.
 ALSO, REVISE REFERENCE TO CHAPTER 16 FBC. NEED TO
 REFERENCE SEC. R301 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE,
 NOT THE CHAPTER 16 OF FBC.
  
 D) STRUCTURAL NOTE #3: PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW
 THAT 2000 PSI SOIL BEARING CAPACITY IS ADEQUATE TO
 SUPPORT PROPOSED STRUCTURE. SEC. R401.2 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE.
 NOTE: COORDINATE INFORMATION WITH SOIL TEST
 RECOMMENDATIONS.
  
 E) REVISE REFERENCE ON NOTE #12. REFER TO THE
 RESIDENTIAL CODE, NOT THE FBC.
  
 F) WHERE IS DETAIL "A" REFERENCED ON NOTE #13?
  
 G) REVISE NOTE #14. SEE ASTM C926 AND ASTM C1063 FOR
 MINIMUM SIZE OF NAIL REQUIRED. (1 3/4" MIN. EMBEDMENT
 IS REQUIRED INTO THE WOOD FRAMING).
  
 H) REVISE MASONRY NOTE "M". REFERENCE RESIDENTIAL CODE,
 NOT THE FBC.
  
 11- SHEET A-2:
 A) FOOTING F12.12 SHOWN ON FOUNDATION PLAN IS NOT SHOWN
 ON THE FOOTING SCHEDULE. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 B) CONCRETE SLAB SPECS ON FOUNDATION CALL FOR CONCRETE
 TO HAVE 2500PSF STRENGTH. CORRECT SPECS ARE PSI NOT
 PSF. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 C) PROVIDE CALCULATIONS SHOWING THAT 2000PSF SOIL
 BEARING CAPACITY IS ADEQUATE TO SUPPORT PROPOSED
 STRUCTURE.

 IDENTIFY ROOF ZONE 3. SEC. R803.2.3.1 OF 2004 FLORIDA
