 PERIMETER UTILITIY EASEMENT.
  
 2. PROVIDE THE CITY'S STANDARD DETAIL OF THE DUAL
 REDUCED PRESSURE PRINCIPAL ASSEMBLY / BACK FLOW
 PREVENTER ON SHEET C-5
  
 3. SHOW SANITARY CONNECTION & PIPE SIZE (AND EASEMENT
 IF REQUIRED)
  
 4. PARKING SPACES AT N.E. CORNER OF PARCEL SHOULD BE A
 MINIMUN OF 5 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINE TO ALLOW FOR
 SUFFICIENT SPACE, TRAFFIC FLOW/CLEARANCE AND A 5 FOOT
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER
  
 IT IS ACKNOWLEDGED THAT DUMPSTERS FOR TRASH REMOVAL ON
 THE SHOPPING CENTER PROPERTY ARE SHARED IN THE GENERAL
 PLAZA'S VICINITY AND WILL NOT REQUIRE A SEPARATE
 DUMPSTER TO SERVE THIS BUILDING
