 2. WHAT WILL THIS STRUCTURE BE UTILIZED FOR? DWELLING
 UNIT OR AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE? NOTE: A DWELLING IS NOT
 PERMITTED.
  
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-304(B)(3) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), ACCESSORY STRUCTURES
 SHALL BE LOCATED NO CLOSER THAN SIX (6) FEET TO THE
 PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE.
  
 THE SURVEY INDICATES THE EXISTING SEPERATION DISTANCE
 IS 4.8 FEET. A VARIANCE FROM THE ZONING BOARD OF
 APPEALS (ZBA) SHALL BE REQUIRED IF YOU WISH TO MAINTAIN
 THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE AT THAT DISTANCE. CONTACT THE
 PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT IF YOU HAVE ANY
 QUESTIONS REGARDING THE ZBA PROCESS.
