 1. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 2. TWO SETS OF DRAWINGS AND SURVEYS ARE REQUIRED FOR
 SUBMITTAL.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, SECTION 94-302(B)(1):
 MAXIMUM HEIGHT. IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, NO FENCE OR
 WALL SHALL EXCEED SIX FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN REQUIRED
 SIDE AND REAR SETBACKS. FENCES OR WALLS SHALL NOT BE IN
 EXCESS OF 48 INCHES IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT
 SETBACK (25 FEET). HEDGES SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN FEET IN
 HEIGHT IN ANY REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 THE PROPOSED DRAWING SHOWS THE FENCE IS SIX (6) FEET
 WITHIN THE FRONT SETBACK (FOUR FOOT FENCE IS SHOWN TO
 BE 24 FEET INTO PROPERTY). PLEASE CORRECT TO COMPLY
 WITH THE ABOVE PROVISION.
