 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.

 2) THE DESCRIPTION ON THE APPLICATION DOES NOT MATCH
 THE PLANS. THE APPLICATION SHALL DESCRIBE THE PROJECT
 IN DETAIL SO THAT THE PLAN REVIEWERS MAY GET A BETTER
 UNDERSTANDING OF THE WORK INVOLVED WITH THE PROJECT. IF
 THE OCCUPANCY TYPE IS CHANGED, WHICH THE PLANS SHOW,
 PLEASE CHECK THE BOX ON THE APPLICATION.
  
 3) SHEET A-1.01 NOTE #16 STATE NEW FLOORING TRANSITION;
 PLEASE PROVIDE A CROSS SECTION DETAIL DRAWING OF THE
 FLOOR AREA WHERE THE TRANSITION TAKES PLACE. THE
 CHANGES IN LEVEL SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH FBC
 11-4.5.2. THE PLANS NEED TO INDICATE THE ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING AND ROUTE TO THE BUILDING. FBC 11-4.6.2
  
 4) SHEET A-0.00: THE LIFE SAFETY PLANS DOORS DO MEET
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF FBC 1041.2.1 WHICH STATES EXIT
 ACCESS DOORS SHALL BE PLACED A DISTANCE APART NOT LESS
 THAN ONE- HALF OF THE OVERALL DIAGONAL DIMENSION OF THE
 BUILDING AREA. THERE ARE OTHER EXIT DOORS SHOWN ON THE
 PLANS, HOWEVER, THE DRAWINGS DO NOT INDICATE IF THEY
 LEAD TO A PUBLIC WAY WHICH SHALL BE UN-OBSTRUCTED
 INCASE OF EMERGENCY.
  
 5) THE VALUE ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS LOW. THE
 VALUE SHALL BE THE TOTAL COST INCLUDING ELECTRIC,
 PLUMBING, INTERIOR FINISHES, ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COST AND OVERHEAD AND PROFIT. OUR VALUATION
 REFERENCE IS ICC (BVD) MARSHALL-SWIFT AND MEANS COST
 ANALYSIS SERVICES 108.3* PLEASE INDICATE A FAIR MARKET
 VALUE ON THE APPLICATION.
  
 6) FBC106.1.1 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE &
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED & SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, AND RULES AND REGULATIONS AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
