 1. PROVIDE RESPONSE TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN
 FORMAT. PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT
 TO ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-204(4) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), MAXIMUM LOT COVERAGE
 OF IMPERVIOUS SURFACES IN THE RECREATION OPEN SPACE
 (ROS) ZONING DISTRICT IS 75 PERCENT OF THE LOT AREA.
 SITE PLAN SHALL INCLUDE TOTAL COVERAGE AREA BY PERVIOUS
 AND IMPERVIOUS AREAS.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(5)(A) OF THE ZLDRS,
 LANDSCAPE AREAS SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM VEHICULAR USE
 AREAS BY NONMOUNTABLE, CONCRETE CURBING OF THE TYPE
 CHARACTERIZED AS "TYPE D" IN THE CURRENT EDITION OF THE
 "ROADWAY TRAFFIC DESIGN STANDARDS MANUAL" PREPARED BY
 THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, OR CURBING OF
 COMPARABLE DURABILITY. EXTRUDED CONCRETE CURB SHALL NOT
 BE PLACED ON TOP OF ASPHALT. A TYPE D CURB, OR CURING
 OF COMPARABLE DURABILITY, SHALL BE PROVIDED ALONG THE
 NEW ACCESS DRIVE AND ALONG ANY OTHER VEHICULAR USE AREA
 WITHIN THE SCOPE OF WORK.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448(D) OF THE ZLDRS, HISTORIC
 TREES, SPECIMEN TRESS, AND ANY OTHER TREES OR
 VEGETATION LOCATED ON PROPERTY SUBJECT TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL NOT BE REMOVED,
 RELOCATED, OR REPLACED UNLESS A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT
 IS OBTAINED. A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT FOR
 REVIEW AND APPROVAL PRIOR TO BUILDING PERMIT APPROVAL.
  
 5. PROVIDE PARKING STALL DETAILS SHOWING COMPLIANCE
 WITH SECTION 94-485(J) OF THE ZLDRS FOR THE ASPHALT
 PARKING LOT LOCATED WITHIN THE SCOPE OF WORK.
  
 6. THERE IS AN EXISTING HANDICAP PARKING SPACE LOCATED
 IN THE ASPHALT PARKING LOT TO BE REMOVED. THIS HANDICAP
 PARKING SPACE SHALL BE RELOCATED. PROVIDE NEW LOCATION
 OF THE HANDICAP PARKING SPACE.
