 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.

 2) NOTE: 713.13(6) THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT AT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST
 INSPECTION.
  
 3) PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW) AFTER
 JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2004 FBC
 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS. THIS INFORMATION
 SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
  
 4) 2004 FBC EXISTING 301.5 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN
 OWNER MUST ELECT ONE OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF
 ALTERATION PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF
 THIS CODE.
  
 5) NOW THE SPACE IS BEING ALTERED, SHOW THE LAYOUT OF
 THE SPRINKLER HEADS IN RELATION TO THE NEW ROOMS AND
 WALLS ADDED TO THE SPACE. THIS INFORMATION CAN BE SHOWN
 ON THE NEW REFLECTED CEILING PLANS. FBC 106.3.5.1.1(5)
 AND FS 553. 79(2).
  
 6) IT SEEMS AS IF ADDITIONAL SQUARE FOOTAGE IS ADDED TO
 A SPACE. IF THIS IS CORRECT, INDICATE THE NEW TOTAL
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF SUITE #200 ALONG WITH THE OCCUPANT
 LOAD PER TABLE 1004.1.2.
  
 7) SHEET A-1 SHOWS TWO OR THREE DIFFERENT WALL TYPES
 FOR THE FILE/STORAGE ROOM, WHERE DOES WALL TYPE ?B? AND
 WALL TYPE ?C? ENDS FOR THE FILE ROOM? CLARIFY.
 8) SUBMIT A LIFE SAFETY PLAN SHOWING MEANS OF EGRESS,
 EXIT ACCESS, EXIT AND EXIT DISCHARGE. FBC

 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, AND RULES AND REGULATIONS AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
